I like Dr. Patel very much. I've been a patient of his for almost 10 years. I really like seeing him at CMH Santa Rosa because I get so much great care there. I have major spinal surgery coming up July 10th. I needed to be seen quickly so I could get Dr. Patel to sign off on the surgery. The morning of my appointment for an EKG which Dr. Patel doesn't even administer, my little dog Kimba got gravely ill. Ill. He was throwing up everywhere. I called and asked could I please be rescheduled? The front office said No. I informed her if I brought my little dog in he was probably going to throw up. Which is exactly what happened. They asked the office manager to kick me out. When I explained that I wasn't leaving because they had made me choose between my surgery or my little dog's life. The office manager threatened to call the police. Now my little 10 lb Pomeranian was in a stroller. He wasn't wandering around the waiting room. Throwing up all over everything. These women at the front desk do not care about you. They don't care what you're going through. They don't care to help you. They just DO NOT CARE! I strongly suggest you see Dr. Patel at CMH Santa Rosa.
