Horrible office, reception doesn't care and is horrible at informing patients or providing any updates. Had an apt at 10:30, showed up at 10:17 cuz I knew I would need to provide new insurance info and they didn't even bother to look check to see what my copay was. Waited over 45 minutes then I went up to ask what the hold up was, and was nonchalantly told "oh, the Dr is running late....there are 3 more patients in front of you" that would have been good to know when I first checked in, not 45 minutes into waiting there. Then the receptionist had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reschedule. SERIOUSLY?!? Asked to speak with the office manager and then, not even 5 minutes later after speaking up about waiting, I get called in. I then proceeded to ask the nurse AGAIN, to speak with the office manager and was told she would show up after i was seen by the dr, which NEVER HAPPENED! Then after my apt, when scheduling my follow up apt, I was asked for information that I had previously provided when I checked in for my apt initially and I refused to give it to them as it's absurd that they can internally communicate/rely information. I asked for a 3rd time to speak with the office manager and her excuse was that she was in a meeting, of course that would be the excuse used, why, cuz no one at this office cares about really helping the patient, they just want to collect money and move on. I would not recommend anyone wasting their time or money going to this office!

Everytime I go in I see someone new.. I was refered there by my primary over a year ago. Due to my swollen Leggs. My primary send the HEART PEOPLE A NOTE and the A/P Nurse told me oh we already did that and we know YOU HAVE HEART FAILURE. I then I said no one told me how can this be ... she proceded to walk out and saying I was going to see a Dr. when all they were going to do was book with a Dr end of Dec. that she said from accross the room would be fine... so where is the Dr this P/A Nurse said I would get. I FEEL THIS IS A MICKEY MOUSE MEDICAL PLACE.... related that to my dr. they did not sound happy. Leticia Muniz

First time here and it was a bad experience. My appt was at 10:15. I got there at 9:30. Didn't mind waiting since I got their early. Receptionist was not welcoming at all. But I ignored it. The nurse that took me back at my schedule appointment time didn't have much of a personality. Did my bp check and ekg. I thought I was making good time. Didn't think I would be waiting over an hour to be seen by the NP. At this point I was frustrated and decided to leave. Figured if something was wrong I would hear back from the facility. Nice lobby area and definitely up to date technology but that it. Staff might as well be robots. Dint plan to visit again.

My negative review from earlier this week was deleted. Avoid this place. It's a money factory and a joke. The Doctor blew off my telehealth appointment and then claimed I didn't answer his call. My cell phone log says otherwise. He never called and he tried to lie his way out of it. I quit them, and now they are calling me incessantly and scheduling appointments for me without my permission. They are unethical and I'm sure this review will also be deleted. One star is far to high. ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

I owe my life to Dr. Wakslak. I have had svt episodes since a child but were quickly resolved by the time Doctors were able to detect them. My whole life I was told they were just panic attacks. 2018 I had my first Atrial Fibrillation episode. Very scary. Had an electro cardioversion to correct. Was fine since then. Fast forward 2021 I started experiencing excessive heart palpitations. Not sure if covid or covid vaccine related. Fast forward to 2023. SVT attack in May that lasted 30 minutes. Went to the hospital and they had to convert with 12mg of adenosine. A few months later another episode in August same thing SVT with a heart rate of 220bpm or higher. 12mg of Adenosine administered at ER. Spoke with my primary. She sent in the authorization to see Dr. Wakslak immediately. I met with him around August 23rd 2023. He scheduled the cardiac ablation for 9/13/2023. I was terrified. He was assuring and confident that the ablation would be a successful procedure. After my ablation I experienced some heart palpitations which is normal because your heart is recalibrating its cell structure to communicate again with the rerouting electrical pathways. I experienced this side effect for a couple of months. Fast forward to today March 17th 2025. I have not had any episodes of SVT. Dr. Wakslak is a very knowledgeable cardiac surgeon and I am eternally grateful to have my life back and to be able to continue to be a mother to my child. Words are not enough to express my gratitude. Thank you Dr. Wakslak for saving my life. God Bless You.
