Pilossyan Medical Center

First time I tried to schedule my first Doctor's appointment in 2023 around March, they scheduled me for August with their first availability, I went to the office in August to check on my appointment and confirm, to which they replied "Doctor is on a vocation, you need to rescedule your appointment". So they didn't even notify me that the appointment I scheduled 5 months ago was cancelled. They stated they can reschedule me for another one in 3 months. Nobody apologized, or tried to rush my appointment even after they messed up. That is the pick level of unsproffesionalism I've ever came across to. After a year I gave them a second chance by scheduling another first visit appt in September. Again, I called to confirm my appt, which they did cofirm mentioning that there are another 4-5 people in the line before me. I told them that I sceduled my appt on my lunch break, and the longest I can be there is for an hour. They clearly didn't care about it all, they just kept repeating in a rude manner that there are more people in the line and they won't be able to tell me how long it's gonna take untill I can go in. This was my last straw, I'm going to change my doctor immidietly and never recommend it to anyone in the future.

Makes you wait more than 2 hours even though you schedule appointments months in advance. Some patients walk out of the clinic because they wait for 3 hours. Staff is unprofessional, when you walking they are on Tiktok and gossip with each other across the clinic. Pilossyan does not respect your patient rights and will even shame you for whatever test you request/need. Front desk ladies look like they hate their job and life; they roll their eyes and gossip while on their phones.

I am a 3rd generation patient, he treated my grandparents, my parents currently, and me. Thank you for the love and care doctor. The level of care they provide is astonishing, I couldn't be any happier! The care they provide is what a mother would do for a child, I am forever grateful for visiting Dr Pilossyan.

Well, I don't like writing bad reviews but this people are very no professional, the staff is not friendly, you can make appointment and sit there for hours and in the meantime you see lot of people coming in an out, with no appointment time. The Doctor is good person but the staff horrible.

Dr Pilossyan is wonderful! I appreciate that he doesn't rush my visits with him. He takes his time listening and answering questions.
