This was my first visit, and it's too soon and not really fair to review them based on a first time 20 minute appointment, but, I'm gonna do it anyway. The people at the front desk were polite. There are a lot of seats, and there were almost as many people to fill those seats. They have a bathroom right where the waiting room is, so that is convenient and the young man that showed me to the room, took my blood pressure and ekg, in the short time he assisted me, was very pleasant, kind, and polite. Everything you would want a medical assistant, lvn or rn, to be. The young girl at the desk right after my appt, not the front desk, the appointment desk, was also very professional and kind, and gave me an appt that was suited for my needs. They were all great. I didn't see a doctor, but I did see an NP, though. The place is big with plenty of parking. I am giving this practice 4 stars because the workers there were great. I didn't see a doctor like I said, only an NP, and to be honest my interaction with her was hardly enough time for me to be able to tell if she was good at her job, or not so good. I felt "brushed off" toward the end of the visit, but maybe she had to go take care of something. We will see what happens next visit.

I met Dr. Munaf Shamji for a consult a few months ago. Nice guy but his office/staff are horrible. I wanted to get a preemptive treadmill stress test and ultrasound - simple stuff for a heart clinic? They finally scheduled me for June 21st (after one cancellation on their end). Then earlier this week they left me a voicemail indicating I need to call to re-schedule? The scheduler calls from an "unknown caller" line so no one in their right mind would pick up the call. So then I call the office, endure a 20 minute wait and finally get through. Staff said the best they could do was 3 months from now in mid-August. I asked to speak to their office manager. Hopefully there's an explanation. Why can't they be more accommodating when I'm the one being inconvenienced? Left 4 voicemails and messages for Arpine as she was never able to take my call. Tried again today - 25 more minutes of waiting. No help. I'm done. Hopefully you have a relationship w/Shamji whereby you can share my experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shamji for approximately 8 to 10years. I find him to be very careful to follow every detail of my heart and circulation. He is charming and soft spoken and always makes sure to explain, clearly, any and all procedures that are performed in his office. I would heartily reccomend him to any one.

I needed a new cardiologist in my area. Dr. Shamji is warm and kind. I felt like I knew him for years. The staff was lovely and they ran on time. So grateful to have found such a welcoming place.

Dr Shamji is the best cariac Dr in all of LA. I have been seeing him for many many years. He is always courteous and attentive I can't say enough about him. Dr Shamji is the Dr that I trust to keep me alive all these years.
