Fit Heart MD

If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. This place is so horrendous, they are very unprofessional when it comes to calling you back after having studies for your heart. The staff may seem nice, but they honestly don't know what they're doing. They don't know how to communicate with you. I definitely would not recommend coming to this place if you need a cardiologist. I was 18 at the time, and they didn't take me serious because I was at a cardiologist. If I'm at a cardiologist, then there's something wrong with my heart. Again if I could give 0 stars I definitely would.

If I could give this clinic a 0 I would. Took my dad to his appointment, the way they greet you is not even welcoming, they don't even introduce themselves , you can tell they want to get their job done that is all. only one of the staff offered me water and showed how a staff should be with their guest. the medical assistant had offered me a copy of the file they had of my dads diagnosis and labs. The doctor came in the room, he had my dads file and ripped of the papers he did not need, he told us we could leave and I asked for the copy that was being offered. He acted so unprofessional he responded to me that they don't give copies but if I wanted one I could take the papers he had ripped off and handed me the ripped papers. what kind of answer is that !! I was in shock!! of the unprofessionalism he showed to me and my dad. I felt so disrespected and humiliated. I work at a Hospital as a nurse and thats is not how a staff should treat their patients and guest there are other ways to answer to people. so unprofessional and disrespectful.

Worst cardiologist office ever. The drs seem like good drs but the staff is ridiculous bad. They never call you back on anything they never answer there voice mails they answer the phone sometimes and hang up instead of putting you in hold, there rude and they don't send the referrals in for testing when there suppose to unless you keep calling amd I can go on and on there just very irresponsible and don't care about here patients. If I can give them a 0 I would.

This place is so unprofessional, they hardly ever answer the phone, the nurses all sit right by each other and know one know's what going on! It hard to get a appointment! They take forever to to run test, they forgot when the run the test, not to mention a staff member test positive for Covid-19 and the did t even call patients to tell them they might have came in contact! The Doctor are never there! I have to call them every month and beg for a refill for a heart medication, if you think you have a heart condition please do not come here! Waiting on the you could be at risk! This is one of those places that just want to get paid! They have no consideration for the patient! Please don't put your life at risk! This ace should be ashamed of them selfs! Every one that works there are rude and un considered! Shame on you guys what a disgrace! This place should be shut down! Please don't take your love ones here! You would be putting your live or your love one a great risk! I ended up in the hospital messing with this office after they told me I was i was in good health! This is so sad especially at a time like this! Preying on the Lower income community! Sad, just sad! There is a special place for people like this!

I had an awesome experience with Dr Arora. He is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. I would definitely recommend Fit heart MD to my friends . I would urge other patients to give reviews as well so people can benefit from seeing excellent doctors! L
