Been going to see Dr. Gupta for years! Everyone is friendly and professional. The office runs smoothly and there's never a long wait to see the doctor. The staff is always helpful and compassionate. There's also a pharmacy right next to the waiting room that's convenient if you need a prescription filled immediately. Not part of Dr. Gupta's office, but they are also friendly and work quickly.
The staff is friendly but disorganized. I've called numerous times and waited over a month for my clearance/results and still had to call them to get it. And Dr. Gupta is friendly but doesn't let you speak or ask questions which makes it difficult to understand or ask for information.
Dr. Ravi Gupta was dismissive and did not take my concerns seriously. He didnt let me speak, sent me home without proper evaluation refused to let me talk, and even implied I didn't know what I was talking about. I later saw another doctor who confirmed I have a real heart issue. His lack of care and attention could have led to serious consequences. I would not recommend him.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Dr. Ravi does not care about his patients at all. No compassion, no knowledge of anything. He is probably the worst doctor iv ever come across!! I do not recommend!!
LINDA, who works in the office for Dr Gupta was very rude. I had called the office to get information about a pacemaker for a family member and she quote said "you people need to write this information down because I've told it to someone else before" and I felt bad because I didn't realize she had spoken to another family member about this info, so I presumed she was going to give me the serial number, the device info, etc. she then proceeded to tell me what the device was called and that was IT, so she was rude to me, said I need to write info down, then told me 3 words that was not helpful and information I already had. I was under the impression she was going to give me device information such as serial number, device status, etc. nope. She was just rude and so unhelpful. Luckily my family member found another cardiologist to see, because this customer service was below subpar.
