One the most unprofessional and greedy establishments I have ever dealt with. I have to call them for my proscription refill every single time despite my pharmacy attempt to get that done without my involvement. Today they told me I'll need to go to see the doctor for the next refill!!!! It's a simple generic prescription and they intentionally do not allow automatic refills. Also, you always receive a bill from this place even for the services that are supposed to be covered by your insurance! Stay away from them...

Dispite this place being my primary physician office I've only been here maybe twice because their scheduling system is absolute trash. And I'm not sure if it's the system or the people working at the front. I spent two days trying to schedule a telehealth appointment with the doctor for a prescription refill. It probably could have been a 5 minute call tops. I did call to ask for an appointment and was sent to voicemail. The first day I got a few messages back and then no one responded to me. The second day is when I tried to call and then after a few hours of back and fourth managed to get an appointment. I appreciate them trying to work with my schedule but it was like no one was reading my previous responses where I told them those times would not work for me and my work schedule. I got an appointment time, appointment time comes, and nothing. I was at work waiting on the zoom call, waiting for an actual call for over an hour. I was messaging the office and they kept reassuring me someone would give me a call. They finally call, but I'm at work, I can't do an appointment more than an hour after my appointment time. They asked what time would work for me I say 12, its my lunch break time. I get off the phone they message me they'll call at 12:30. So I push my lunch time to 12:30. They then ask to push for 1pm, I can't. I wait at 12:30 for a call and nothing. I give them a call and I wasn't even put down for that time. They say the doctor would call me in a moment. Still nothing. I have to go back to work, tell them to reschedule it completely. They call me about an hour later, transfer me to the doctor and it took about a minute total to talk to the doctor to get my prescription. So what was all the delay for? Is my appointment not important enough because its telehealth? Absolutely ridiculous. I tried being patient and work with them but I'm at work and can only do so much. I can't be stepping out whenever they finally decide to call me 5 hours after my initial appointment time. Needless to say I will be finding a different physician office that actually takes their patients schedules seriously.

★★

overall didn't have a bad experience with this place but i defintely did when it came to getting my prescriptions refilled ON TIME. i recently asked to get my meds transferred from rite aid to another pharmacy & they said i needed to come in for an appointment in order to get that done despite having many refills left on my prescription that kristine prescribed! so why should i have to come in for an appointment just to get my prescription transferred? they even lied & told me i had no remaining refills but when i talked to cvs pharmacy they showed i had enough refills to last till next year. seems like a business that just falls in line with greedy american health care. i suggest everyone avoids this place unless you want to pay more than you should

Not sure why they charge a new patient fee when my visit was barely 10 minutes and then I was referred out to an OBGYN for birth control options - which was the main reason I made the appointment.

I saw Nurse Liana and she was an excellent provider. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. I needed to move back to the east coast but highly recommend her as a women's health primary care provider.
