JIHAD AL IMAMI MD.

Previously wrote a great review for this doctor but after our last visit we beg to differ. My husband came in with body aches everywhere and his ears fully aching. As we entered the office we smelled pure cigarette smoke. The receptionists whispered to each other stating, "the doctor is not well enough to see any more patients." We were so surprised because we already scheduled an appointment prior to this visit. The doctor did not see any problem. Luckily we left to an urgent care and in a matter of 5 minutes they found that my husband had an infection in his throat and it was barely reaching his ears. We don't recommend this doctor. It was unprofessional. I hope there are improvements. I really hope he gets enough rest before he falls into a mistake of dealing with a misdiagnosis and a law suit along with it.

Personally, I had a very good experience with this doctor. I scheduled an appt with the office staff over a month ago for my physical examination for school (staff was very nice over the phone and in person). I went into the office and the staff showed me the same courtesy as they had over the phone. There was a brief wait time and paperwork to fill out, of course, but that's to be expected with any Drs. office, especially if it's your first time (They are trying to get a chart started for you.). I had all my immunization papers, insurance card, and ID ready to go even although no one technically instructed me to bring them (I guess it's because I always like to be prepared). My first impression of Dr. Imami was that he seemed experienced in years but definitely made me feel comfortable with his professionalism and welcoming attitude. He is super throughout with his examination and absolutely takes his time!
