In the mist of one of the most traumatic and stressful times of my life, I had the opportunity to discover Dr Elena Michaels. Her videos have lifted me, my spirit, my soul, my essence. Through her soothing voice, words, wisdom, guidance, bright light and positivity I was able to overcome one of my darkest period's of my life... I'm now on a positive path. I'am forever grateful. I started seeing Dr. Elena a few months ago after I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and had my entire thyroid removed. After my surgery my health declined and my body went through so many changes. As an active healthy person, so I thought, having a decline in my health was devastating. I did my research and knew that food plays such an important role in your body. Having a best friend with hypothyroidism and hashimotos we shared the same symptoms. She had been seeing a functional medicine doctor and it did amazing things for her so I wanted to see if I could have the same results. I researched on all different types of functional medicine doctors and came across Dr. Elena. I was so frustrated and desperate to feel better because my regular doctors had no answers for me. I can say after making the necessary changes I feel so much better. I've lost 12 pounds in a month and most of my weird side effects are gone. Dr. Elena has really taught me a lot and I love that she will answer my texts anytime of the day. She knows what she is talking about and is so caring. If you are not willing to do the work for your body and want a quick fix then you will have a negative outcome. It's hard to adjust to all the changes I have made but I don't want to suffer anymore and the best thing you can do for yourself is to not trash your body. Dr. Elena, Michaels is one of the most sincere, intuitive, intelligent women I've ever met in my life! I was beyond pain and suffering on a daily basis. Within two weeks of working with her, getting the appropriate testing and totally changing my diet, I can't believe how good I feel.. I have been working with Dr. Elena Michaels on my health. By changing the way I eat and the supplements I take I have gone from over 20+ Migraines a month down to one or two a month from April 2022 to July 2022. It has been life changing. I have also lost 30 lbs. She has also helped with inflammation, energy, outlook and overall health. So happy and thankful to Dr. Elena.

Just like everyone else - been more aware of my health with the pandemic and desired to get truly serious about my health. I started to work with Dr. Elena previously but travel for work and just let things slip. I called her again when my cardiologist strongly insisted I go on statins/crestor to lower my cholesterol and my lipids that had gotten badly out of range. Although I wasn't really overweight (220 lbs and 6ft 2 in), I had put on some pounds from travel, not eating the way I should and working long hours. I was serious about my health this time. I now have lost close to 20 pounds in 2 months and feel better and healthier than I have in quite some time. I highly recommend her and wanted to share my experience.
