Dr. Abhishek Sinha

Dr Sinha saved my life. I will mention it in every review bcuz how do you not? I'm alive & 5wks into my recovery after a quintuple bypass. Dr Sinha caught my Widow Maker & other blocked arteries before a stroke occurred. The info I read from The American Heart Assoc gives a 12% survival from a Widow Maker stroke. I'd seen 2 cardiologists prior to Dr Sinha. Neither ordered an angiogram. Within 24hrs of my angiogram I had open-heart surgery. Dr Sinha is meticulous, curious & keeps his pulse on medical technical techniques. I'm grateful to have found him. Jean, in the Valencia office always goes beyond what's required. From the top down you feel cared for.

Dr. Sinha did not keep me waiting as so many other SCAN people do. He was friendly, approachable, very knowledgeable & patiently explained EXACTLY what he could divine from the echocardiogram I had done two weeks previously. Unfortunately it was not clear enough for him to make a positive evaluation, so he has ordered a "transesophageal Echo" for me, but it may take weeks for it to be approved and even longer for the procedure to actually be done.

Dr. Sinha is a great doctor. He is very easy to talk to and he takes time to explain everything and answer any questions you may have.

Dr. Sinha is a very fine doctor, who precisely addresses the issue and talks to the point. Clearly explains things in simple language. This has been my experience every time I visit him.

Dr. Sinha is very responsive and thorough in terms of ordering additional tests and procedures where prior test data is inconclusive. Where cardiologists have a reputation for being a bit imperious, he listens and patiently explains his reasoning. He explains not only what he plans to do, but also why he plans to do it. He also leads an excellent surgical team using the latest technology that works together like a well-oiled machine.
