Only my second time coming here to bring my grandfather to his appointment. Atleast I thought it was an appointment. Checked in at 3:15 for my appointment, and sat in the lobby until 4:17. Continuously having people that checked in well after us getting called right back. Asked the front desk and they said "they are just waiting for a room". Typing this as I am in the room and have been waiting here for 20 minutes now. This appointment was supposed to be at 3:15 just for a clearance for surgery!!!! I have been to many doctors offices in my life and I have NEVER waited this long just to be seen. Not even the ER or the military has made me wait this long. My grandfather is 80+ years old and has been coming by himself to these appointments for years and I could only imagine what it has been like for him. Ridiculous.

DO NOT COME HERE - Extremely Unorganized & Poor Communication As a new patient, my experience with this office has been extremely disappointing. It took 10 minutes just to get someone to answer the phone, followed by a two-day wait for them to verify my insurance before I could even schedule an appointment. I never received a call back after 48 hours and had to call again, only to endure another long hold before finally securing an appointment. I was told I would receive a follow-up phone call to review my results, but that call never happened. When I called to follow up myself, I was again placed on hold for 15 minutes before speaking with someone. I was also referred to a cardiologist located in the same parking lot, but when I called to schedule, I was informed they could not make the appointment because my referral was incomplete. The cardiologist's office explained that my primary office would need to send the missing information. When I asked the staff at this office to handle it, I was told it was my responsibility to follow up. After 26 minutes on hold, I spoke with Kendra, the lead staff member, who stated there are only three people answering phones. She could not explain why I never received my results call, did not know what was required for a complete referral, and refused to contact the cardiologist's office to provide the missing information. This level of disorganization, lack of follow-up, and refusal to assist patients in navigating referrals is unacceptable. Patients should not have to spend hours on hold, repeatedly follow up for results, or coordinate their own referrals because of staff errors.

Reason for my 3 stars back office is amazing! the NPs are amazing!! However the front office is horrible Kendra has the worst attitude seems like she hates her job and projects that onto patients. Again back office is amazing front office definitely needs some help

I love Dr Biegel- she is proactive, always comes in with a smile and listens to my concerns. She has helped me be more proactive with my own health records and concerns. My only issue is the organization of office staff but this can easily be resolved with a good office manager.

I have nothing but great things to say about this office. From the receptionists to the medical assistants to the providers. Know one skips a beat and everyone makes me feel so comfortable and supported. Kathy Loo NP has been such a blessing in my life and I'm so glad that she is my primary provider. She has addressed all of my concerns with empathy and has supported me during times of need and I will forever be grateful to her and their entire staff at Susan Biegel's office.
