This place is amazing! I called to verify how many doctors they had they explained they rotate the doctors throughout your pregnancy. I loved that because you hear so many stories of women not getting there actual doctor for delivery. Every doctor I met 2x. They never rushed me. Staff always pleasant address all my questions. I had two minor issues one was I never knew what office to go in but that was my fault and the other they said my insurance didn't cover a test.. but it did I know my insurance very well and I basically had my insurance call them and speak with office manager so they can help them send me to the right lab.. but they were kind worked well and everything else was smooth!!

The providers are great and answered my questions. The support staff - specifically the receptionist at this location - are very rude, unprofessional, and create a hostile environment for patients. Patients shouldn't have to deal with a hostile receptionist in order to receive care. If this facility didn't have such a horrible receptionist who lacks empathy and professionalism, the care quality would exceed expectations. Such a shame. Medical receptionist to receptionist, I have never treated a patient the way she treated me. Do better.

I had a deeply disappointing and harmful experience at this medical center. My medical records contain multiple inaccuracies, including false notes stating I saw a doctor when I did not. This not only creates unnecessary charges for insurance but also reflects serious dishonesty. The providers--both nurse practitioners and doctors--rushed my visits, showed little compassion, and never took the time to understand me as a patient. When I returned after having been a patient years earlier, no one reviewed my past medical history. This negligence had significant repercussions on my health and well-being. It's clear their focus is more on profit than on patient care. The constant advertisements and emails for cosmetic services reinforce this impression. Sadly, this experience is a prime example of why so many people are losing trust in the medical industry. (I notice a lot of fake positive reviews on here as well, but SO many bad ones)

Very professional and friendly staff. I was in and out in less than an hour. Care team member addressed all my issues and concerns on the spot and ordered all necessary imaging and booked my next appointment with provider. Very clean and pleasant environment, l will be coming here for all my future needs. Highly recommend

Dr. Tran just delivered our baby on 11/4/25. I asked her not to clamp the umbilical chord until the chord yet. She looked at me, clamped the chord, then said "Nothing I can do about it now. It's already clamped." I explained that delaying beyond the 1 min was part of the birth plan that was reviewed and approved in advance another doctor at the office. She then turned to one of the nurses and said, mockingly "Did hear that? "It was on their birth plan?" Sadly the rest of the doctors were great. Particularly Dr. Franklin. But unfortunately, this experience with Dr. Tran has ruined any chance of us ever using them again. It should be noted: The nurses at San Antonio Hospital, where we delivered, were great.
