I went here for a heart scan, and the man who did my heart ultrasound was very nice and polite. The receptionists were really nice as well.
The Merced branch has mostly good people and super nice receptionists, but whoever does the heart ultrasound there should take notes from how the Turlock branch's ultrasound technicians treat their patients. This place feels much more professional; go here for a heart scan instead of Merced.

If I could give no stars as an option I would. It's a shame Dr Nazari who is a wonderful Dr has this staff and the private contractor associated with his name. I was scheduled at 4pm for an appointment I booked it specifically later because I have a work and school schedule that is 7days a week and 4pm would allow me to miss the least amount of time. I was called the afternoon before the appointment and told the tech for the Ecco cardiogram doesn't work that late and they need to see me sooner in the day or reschedule. I let the person know I had another appointment before this appointment out of town so I could do the appointment she offered at 2pm but I may be late 10-15 min. She said it's fine just call. I was coming from out of town and there is construction on the 99 so my time went to 2:16 2:27 and 2:14. I called the office and Amber spoke to the tech Sherry who told her if I was there at 2:14 she would see me but if I was there at 2:17 or 2:16 she would not. This appointment was very important and if I had been told on the phone I cannot be seen of if I am late I would not have taken the 2pm appointment because I did have another appointment I had to drive from and the freeway is unpredictable especially at that time of day. I was in tears and asked for the manager Yaddi she told me that Sherry is a private contractor and I said can you please just confirm if I'm there at 2:16 I won't be seen because I'm really trying and she said correct she already said she will not see you at 2:16 but if your here at 2:14 she will. I live 40 min from the Drs office and only because I have Afib and I had a Tia and recently had to go to emergency was this appointment scheduled i explained the situation and Yaddi still said I am sorry and you will not be see. I asked for Dr Nazaris email because I want the Dr to know I have been cancelled and moved over 13 times for appointments at these Los Banos office and not twice in Turlock and after today I am so frustrated I feel like my heart is not a priority to this office there patients have things that are important to figure out and to be to 2 minutes made the difference when I was pulling up at 2:16 is so frustrating. The staff needs to do better. Communication is so important. I should have been called before the afternoon the day before my appointment for changes I should have not been told it would be okay to be late just call. Let me know hey anything after 15min we can't see you. You are inconsiderate. I left in enough time but traffic conditions changed and I was told Sherry the tech commutes so she should have been more understanding. I hope Dr Nazari finds out a 2 minutes made window technicially 16 min late i didn't get seen.

This place is a disaster my appointment was at 11:30, called before left to confirm and address it was a go. Got there they changed my appointment too 10:15 earlier the same day no notice at all. Then they tell me it was changed to 02-21-2025 no notice. I don't know about you but if they can't get an appointment straight I sure as hell don't trust them to take care of my heart. Love yourself love your heart don't waste your time with this place. I called and had my refer changed to another office, You're not stuck with incompetent care you can request to be referred to another cardiologist office.

I had a family member go in for a first time appointment. Since the COVID mask restricted lifted they were unaware they needed a mask. No big deal. They were going to get one. However, front desk was rude when they told him to get one. They had an attitude. He came back home to get one but looked really upset of his interaction with whoever was at the front desk. This appointment was something he was looking forward to all week and necessary for his heart condition. Because of his interactions with the front desk he decided not to go back and make his appointments elsewhere. If you're going to take a job with people and aren't good with people don't take it! This is how you lose paying customers.

Making an appointment here was easy for my first time. The staff were great with me. Dr Dagher was super nice and listened to my needs and made a decision from there. The only thing is they sometimes don't answer on time due to being busy, and the answering system is full. Overall I was happy with my visit. Will update soon
