I had a wonderful experience. The office scheduled me immediately and Dr. Grewal was thorough in her diagnosis. Really happy I have found a local doctor.

Dr Puneet Grewal has been my doctor for about a year. She's a great listener and never makes me feel rushed. I've had several appts and good experiences at all of them. The follow up from staff on appts is consistent and I get text reminders for appts.

I needed to get a form signed by for the PG&E medical baseline program before my eligibility had expired. After multiple walk-ins, I was told I had to be seen (even though I had sleep study and cpap paperwork from VA hospita). Then, I was notified that they didn't do online verifications, so I had to bring in the paperwork (so i dropped off paperwork). After my appointment, I was told that I was missing 1 paper out of the 5 that needed to be signed by the Dr. but I could email it to be signed and would email right back. After multiple emails and no returned phone calls, I walked in again. The rude receptionist notified me that she had found my paperwork and would be charged a form fee. When I questioned the fee and how the paperwork magically appeared, she said, "I'm not going to argue with you." The form would be $25. Due to all of the delays and running around back and forth to the office, my medical baseline plan had expired. Terrible experience with the office rude staff, with very poor communication and delayed responses. About to pull my family from the office due to this incident and poor medical treatment for my wife.

Took my mom who has dementia and no one welcomed us when we arrived. The nurse who checked her heart was rude and did not even speak. The nurses should read the patient's chart before they arrive so they'll know how to provide caring service.

Will you ever respond to patients? You are holding on to my wife's test results without reviewing them for over 10 days now; your office has left you multiple urgent messages; please respond- my wife is out of medication and her health is deteriorating, pharmacy is also waiting on you for prescription refill, PLEASE RESPOND !!!!
