Nirali Patel, MD 2200 Orchard Pkwy Suite 102, Tracy, CA 95377. Staff were all very professional and very cautious. My first visit -the facilities were clean and tidy, very hygienic from top to bottom. The nurse assistant is really keen on what she is doing and explains very well on the next steps and procedures. Dr. Patel-Very knowledgeable of my health concerns and needs. She explains very well the bits/ pieces of how I came on that staged of my unease as I aged and also the root cause. Very open minded and professional, after clearly explaining she gives advice for me to think it over before I decide next. Not biased but realistic of the environment around Tracy hospitals/clinics. Hopefully/Probably within two (2) months I would come back to schedule for an appointment as soon as I decide on my needs.

Dr. Patel has been my Endo since 2013. Now that she is in Tracy (instead of Modesto) her office is 3 hours away from where I live. Now I mostly see her in Video visits because there are no diabetes specialists close to me. She is a great listener and gentle in her manner.

I'm so glad to have been accepted as a new patient by Dr. Nirali Patel. She takes the time to truly listen to my concerns and addresses them with clear explanations and thoughtful follow-up. Dr. Patel carefully explains the intricacies of my health issues in a way that I can understand and appreciate. I feel completely at ease and confident in her care as I begin my long treatment journey.

My experience with this office and Dr. Patel was a positive one. I appreciated the Dr. having a respectful conversation with me about my health and options. Dr. Patel was very kind and listened and I feel we came up with a good game plan at this time.

The best endocrinologist! She is very friendly, thorough, takes her time, makes sure all questions are answered. Always quick to respond directly to my my health online messages. Im in Modesto and she is 100% worth the drive to Tracy. Thank you Dr. Patel for taking great care of me and the multiple friends and family I have referred to you over the years
