The check in process was very quick. We didn't have to wait very long to be led into an exam room and Dr. Kwan came in almost immediately after his staff took my vitals. I found Dr. Wilson Kwan was very thorough, patient and has a great bedside manner. He explained everything and was very concise in the path forward. I felt he really cared about my well being and very pleased with my pick for a cardiologist.
Dr Kwan is great, very detailed, highly knowledgeable, explains things clearly, and is spot-on with his diagnosis. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Every visit has been a great experience. Highly recommended.
Dr Kwan, last time I have a phone visit, he spent about five minutes going over my stress test and some lab results and then he said he is running out of time. Every visit he said he is spend above his time limit, even though it was just five to ten minutes in person visit.
Dr Kwan is a good physician but his office is difficult to communicate with.
I saw Dr. Wilson Kwan in August of 2023. I had flutters and shortness of breath. Dr. Kwan diagnosed me with exercise induced asthma. He sent me home with a prescription for an inhaler. He didn't do a stress test. Months later, I called to get an appointment but the earliest was three months out. I booked it to have something on the calendar. My symptoms were not improving and I called the office and left 2 messages asking for him to call me back. He didn't return my call. I reached out to another cardiologist and the proper tests were done. II found out my LAD was 100% blocked. The LAD developed collateral arteries which saved my life along with my healthy lifestyle. Dr. Kwan didn't even run a stress test. He ignored my symptoms and prescribed an inhaler for asthma. He finally called me back after he received a bad review. His bedside manners are terrible, and he misdiagnosed me. I am now under the care of Dr. Nazanin Azadi.
