I went in this time for an echocardiogram as a followup to a March 2025 heart valve replacement. I DID NOT see Dr. Shin this time. Instead I saw echocardio expert Andrea. Andrea is fantastic and delightful to work with. She answered all the questions I had in a very relaxed setting. Answered everything and did not hurry my answers, or her response. I left feeling very good about the test, and about her commentary on the test. A wonderful experience
Dr. Shin is always very kind. She listens to my concerns and answers my questions. I believe she is a great clinician! The echo tech Andrea was wonderful as well!
Office runs for the most part efficiently. Dr. Shin sees you shortly after the nurse takes vitals. Pretty much as scheduled. She takes the time to explain and answer questions, and also what the possible procedures are down the road. Very thorough, with excellent bedside manner.
Dr. Shin, an excellent doctor, very kind and extremely understanding her patients, like me. I always feel great under her care.
