Dr Chabbra operated on me at Torrance Medical Center. I was guided to contact his office to schedule a one time appointment follow up visit which was going to be at no charge. Things turn to be very different when I call to schedule that appointment. They told me that he was not going to see me unless I paid two charges of 1$94.00 plus another similar amount for another service which was not going to include an EKG. BE AWARE:: This doctor does not show post care for his patients. I'll be contacting Torrance Medical Center, were he operated me, and bring them up to speed on this doctor's proceedings and lack of care for his patient.
