Los Robles Regional Medical Center Emergency Room

Not that you ever want to go to the emergency room, but if you ever should happen to find yourself here, trust in the fact that people are going to take care of you with their excellent staff. I just want to profoundly thank Dr. Bhatti and the amazing staff in the ER department (Ryan. Tara & Liz). Through an incredibly challenging time and 48 hours in the emergency room, these people made it possible to stay positive, keep focused, and eventually get released with expeditious care. All along the process, they were supportive and attentive. They are prepared to face whatever challenges you have. Five stars for their outstanding service and dedication!

I was ushered into a quiet ER in the AM. Very few people were in the ER so I was taken back to a room quickly. A doctor saw me right away and was amazing. They were able to get an ultrasound and catscan of my abdomen quickly and found that I had a bad gall bladder. Every person who I came in contact with in the ER was amazing. They got me up to a room quickly where I prepared for surgery the next day.

I was given excellent care from the moment I arrived until I left, which was only 1 1/4 hours! The nurses Kiki and Tamara were wonderful, the technician Chris was great, and to the outstanding ER Doctor who came in right away, they all explained everything that was going to happen. I went in for chest pains and was relieved that all of the tests came back negative for heart trouble. All of the results, including bloodwork, were back within the hour. I was extremely impressed by their expertise, speed, bedside manners, friendliness, and their ability to keep my stress level down with their knowledge, procedures, and comfortable atmosphere, including letting my 2 family members to stay by my side.

From my triage check in to my discharge I was treated like a valuable person. My Physician Helena Horak greeted me with professionalism and kindness. She acknowledged my concerns and was quick to get care going as quick as possible. Upon my discharge she was patient in going over my results and validated my questions. Very good ED experience.

Dr. Marc Eckstein took excellent care of me along with all the wonderful staff at the ER. I feel I owe my life to Dr. Eckstein who went above and beyond to help me and get me into surgery asap due to my ruptured appendix. He saved me, and I owe him everything.
