I was warmly greeted by the receptionist. My wait was 2 minutes for me to be taken to an exam room. The PA was friendly. We had a fun discusion. Shane, the xray tech came in quickly and escorted me to the xray room.He and I had a fun dicussion about his name. He expertly took my xrays and then escorted me back to my exam room.. Dr. Grogoryian came in soon . He explaned as showed my xrays to me. We discussed several forms of treatment. We talkd about being physically safe in our environments. We shook hands and I leftn the exam room. I stopped by the check out desk And thanked Tina for sharing her nail tecnician with me. I went into the waiting room and sang a Thanksgiving song for the patients who were waiting. They clapped, cheered and laughed. I finally, happily, went home.

I've never gone into a surgeon's office and have them not recommend surgery! This is my first time there and I was worried about having to get surgery on my right knee. The doctor was patient and kind and thorough! Giving me an opportunity to heal prior to jumping into surgery! So happy and I have never known anyone to see Ortho Surgeon and not actually have to jump into surgery! You can always do surgery, but you can never pause to see if your body heals... most surgeons jump for surgery n $$$$$! Thank you, Dr Gregoriyan kudos to you. If I don't heal after a couple of weeks, surgery could be an option, but allowing my body to heal is something I never expected a surgeon to tell me to try thank you thank you!

Dr.Gregoryan and the staff at the office are wonderful. Dr Gregoryan listens and explains things well. The staff ,from the front desk to the xray tech to the checkout ,are friendly, efficient and very helpful. I never have to wait long from my appt time to when I see the Dr.

I will never forget having Dr. Grigoryan tend to my fractured arm involving my ulna protruding out of my skin after a biking accident. It was Labor Day 2025! He expeditiously and professionally showed up to perform surgery on my arm, placing a plate and screw to hold the bones & wrist in place as they healed. He made sure the pain was managed, took every precaution against infection, was thorough in caring for my arm from the day of surgery till the day of therapy. Unlike many surgeons I've known, Dr. G is very courteous and has "bedside manners." My arm & wrist is at an optimal level of functioning in only 10 weeks since the surgery. I am so thankful to Dr. G and the healthcare professionals who cared for me at Los Robles Hospital for such a wonderful experience during one of the most horrific times of my life. I recommend Dr. G 100%!

09/29/2025: I've seen Dr. Grigoryan twice in the past year. The first time was a puncture wound in my right knee from the tip of an agave plant as I was coming down a ladder in my front yard. The doctor said the pain and stiffness would resolve over time, which is exactly what happened. Then about a month ago, I experienced a lot of pain and stiffness in the same knee with no apparent cause. X-rays revealed some arthritis on the inner portion of the knee that Dr. Grigoryan treated with a cortisone shot. The pain has subsided in that joint. The doctor will see me again in January. At that time, we'll consider moving to the the new Supartz FX hyaluronic acid treatment. I concur with the 89 Five Star reviews for this physician. He is an excellent diagnostician and a thoughtful communicator who pays close attention to his patients' concerns.
