I waited months to get an annual physical appointment with Dr. Mosher. The day of my appointment the doctor canceled due to being ill and then her office tried to reschedule me 6 months later, because that was her earliest appointment. After pushing back with the office, they got me in weeks later. When I met with Dr. Mosher, she barely glanced at my records or asked me any quesitons. I went for a physical which she said was only supposed to be an introductory meeting. She said I should schedule a physical 6-months later. The appointment was pointless and a waste of money. I went through Function Health to order blood tests because she did not seem to care. When I sent her the results, she refused to review them because she didn't order them. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

I've had such a hard time working with Dr Mosher and the UCLA team. I requested a new patient appointment, which is just an appointment to collect information about patient health. Dr Mosher was late to my appointment, and had a very cold approach. They did not offer to schedule a follow-up appointment even though I requested an annual physical/women wellness exam. Since then, I've moved out of state and I need a prescription refill. Dr Mosher took almost a week to respond (after I messaged 4+ times requesting assistance) and sent to the wrong pharmacy even though I've sent multiple messages about no longer being in the area. Scheduling was difficult for my initial appointment, as was any other appointment I tired to make with UCLA. I would NOT recommend in any way.

Completely agree with the reviews about the staff. Dr Mosher is wonderful, but her staff is bordering on incompetent. They have a bad attitude and come off as rude and uninterested. They repeatedly lose records (or say that they don't have them and then "find" them when nagged about it) and fail to follow up on anything without repeated calls and nagging. It is really frustrating, especially since most patients deal with the staff more often than the doctor herself. Not sure what the solution is, but there are some big changes that need to be made.

I have to agree with the one star rating about the office. It is without exception one of the worst medical front offices.
Doctor Mosher, however is great! Caring understanding and goes out of her way to make sure her patients are well taken care of.
Her staff unfortunately is one of the worse both myself and my family have experienced and have considered giving up one of the best Drs. We have ever had.
We have discussed this with the Dr. But unfortunately haven't been able to resolve this issue.

Dr. Mosher is an amazing doctor who is extremely accurate at diagnosing my health issues. I trust my health in her care. I have been going to her office for many years not only because she is a great doctor but, because I like the person touch that you don't always get with a group practice.
