He completed his internship at Regions Family & Community Medical. He completed his residency at CentraState Medical Center in New Jersey. Dr. Lee has always enjoyed helping people. He loves knowing that every work day allows him the time to focus on improving the lives of others and the quality of his community's health. They never answer their phone and when they do, the receptionist is not helpful. I'm trying to make an appointment for my mom. She always says that she's "not on Dr. Lee's panel" and suggests that it's a new insurance when she's had the same insurance for 1 year and have been trying to make an appointment. Finally called her insurance company and changed doctors. Thank god.
I've been a patient of Dr Lee for 1 1/2 yrs now, he is very thorough and goes over all of my issues, medications and has referred me to the proper specialist when needed. He always listens to my complaints and has prescribed the correct solutions to all of my medical needs. I never spend less then a 1/2 hour with him in the examining room as he will go over everything very thorough and make sure all of my questions are answered. Rarely do I have to wait for an appointment or in his office when I go in. I would highly recommend him as a doctor to my family & friends. His receptionist Linda is very nice and helpful as well.
"Complete trash" will be a pretty close summary of the experience here. First, they will charge you upfront no matter what your insurance is. This is because they're too lazy to actually verify your insurance ahead of time. Then they promise to refund your payment if the insurance pays up. Well good luck getting that refund, because the receptionist will use harassment tactics to get you to give up on the refund. She will make your attempt to get that refund so unpleasant with her utterly insane rudeness that you'll simply never want to speak to her again. (and I don't use the word "insane" lightly, I seriously believe she's suffering from some kind of mental psychosis) And yes, she's the ONLY person that you will reach. No matter what hour or day you try to call, you will get her.
The receptionist was horrible. I tried making an appointment for months but she kept saying that my file wasn't transferred yet or something but when I called my insurance they said it was transferred over a long time ago. Then the day after I tried making an appointment again but the receptionist either never picks up or says hold on and just leaves me on the call until I give up and hang up.
Dr. LEe and the staff are very friendly and well organized. I love the fact that they make every effort to see my children the same day when they are sick. Dr. Lee always makes me and my children feel very comfortable at every visit. I would definitely recommend this office to family and friends.
