Kyle Vincent, MD

Dr. Vincent is an excellent doctor. He is kind and interested in his patients' health. I was so happy when I found his medical practice, but I cannot say the same for his medical assistant. During my in-person and written interactions with his medical assistant, they have been highly unpleasant. She has been curt towards me during my visits, and when I expressed concerns about information that was not in my medical file and her lack of responsiveness to return my phone calls, she decided to write me a condescending message. Most recently, she reprimanded me via MyChart about my inquiry to Dr. Vincent. I emailed him directly, but she responded, and after that, it was clear that she did not care about patients. Instead, she treated me as if I was a number and that I did not have a right to inquire about her lack of response. I am a human being, and we get one temple, so I should be able to speak up about mine and my healthcare. Therefore, I do not need to be mistreated. Again, Dr. Vincent is great, but I won't be able to experience his service anymore because I do not want to experience being mistreated any further by his staff.

As always, Dr. Vincent treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. He listened very carefully to my issues and made very clear suggestions on how to proceed with each issue. He is a true professional and always has confidence in his diagnosis. Likewise, I have great confidence in his knowledge and abilities.

Dr. Vincent seems to care about his patients. My husband and I have only had one appointment with him so far and he seems to have a good bedside manner. My other doctors have not had a good bedside manner or even care to really discuss how I am feeling. After looking up my lab results from the VA and seeing my A1C on January 25th, I have had a difficult time getting help with my questions and I think the we have finally found a doctor who cares.

It's nice to find a doctor that really cares and follows up in a timely manner, dosen't drop the ball. His staff has been friendly, professional and actually cares about your problems. I've been in a wheelchair for 40+ yrs. and have had a bunch of doctors and so far Dr. Vincent is one of the best doctors We've ever had.

Dr. Vincent is the BEST physician I have ever had the pleasure to see. He is extremely attentive to all my concerns and I never feel like I'm being rushed through my visits. He diagnosis and treatments have always been "spot-on". I highly recommend Dr. Vincent!!!!
