I had an amazing experience at this dermatologist's office. The staff is incredibly kind, supportive, and always made me feel comfortable. The dermatologist really takes the time to listen and explain everything, which I truly appreciate. Everyone here has been there for me throughout my skin journey, and I'm so grateful. I highly recommend this office!
This place is great for those who want to get in the same day and know already what they need from the dr (prescription, freezing, exam). However, it's not for those who want to explore noted issues, discuss in detail with the doctor plans of treatment or have a couple items they want the doctor to review. My time with the doctor was literally 5 minutes, no questions really asked by the doctor, just a quick look and a prescription written. I have had better experiences with a dermatologist who has taken the time to listen to my situation, and my reservations with taking certain prescriptions. This place would not be my choice if I really wanted to go in depth and detail about a concern of mine, more like if I needed a refill on my tretinoin and needed an appt to do so. The staff is friendly but had some issues with insurance review & the lobby was completely full. Makes sense why the appointment was 5 min long.
I can't say enough great things about this dermatologist office! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease--the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They go above and beyond to make you feel right at home and are always quick to follow up with any questions or requests. The physician is truly exceptional--thorough, knowledgeable, and most importantly, effective. I saw noticeable results shortly after my visit, and I felt confident knowing I was in the hands of someone who really knows their craft. It's clear that patient care and outcomes are a top priority here. This place has definitely earned my trust, and I'll be returning for all my skin care needs moving forward. Highly recommend! What a great environment and nice people are working there! Had a session with Dr.Fakheri for my alopecia are and was nervous to get injected for the first time in my face, she did a wonderful job not just very quickly but helped me to feel comfortable and calm as she injected. Highly recommend
