I just want everyone to know Dr. M Lala & PA Ariel and ALL of the office staff are the most incredible people. Never have my family members and I been to an office with the nicest people. They are ALL welcoming, hard working, friendly, kind, and on and on... to all of their patients. This Cardiovascular office goes beyond for their patients. They have ALL taking fantastic care of our father. We are extremely grateful for all you have done and continue to do for our father EP. Our family appreciates each and everyone of you. My Medical History and Journey to Dr. Lala It all started when I began having serious internal bleeding in my left leg. It was frightening and painful -- I had to call the paramedics to my home five different times, and each time I ended up in the hospital hoping they could finally help me. Over those visits, I saw nine different doctors across three hospitals and even went to a local vascular clinic, but no one could find a way to stop the bleeding. The doctors tried everything they could -- they aspirated my leg five times to remove the blood, and during my last hospital stay, an anesthesiologist performed an experimental procedure in hopes of stopping the internal bleeding. Sadly, that didn't work either. I was exhausted, scared, and still in pain, with no clear answers. My husband refused to give up. He contacted UCLA Hospital, but they told him not to bring me there. He then reached out to Cedars-Sinai, where we were connected with an orthopedic surgeon who finally referred us to Dr. Lala, a vascular and cardiology specialist. From the moment Dr. Lala took over my care, things began to change. He ran some of the same tests that others had done, but this time, he was able to stop the internal bleeding in my leg. While treating me, he also discovered two major blood clots in my stomach -- and he removed them. I truly believe that he saved my life. After everything I went through -- all the hospital trips, the uncertainty, and the pain -- finally finding Dr. Lala felt like a miracle. I am deeply grateful for his care and the outcome that followed.

I have been with Dr. Lala and Dr. Khorsandi for the past 10 years. I had a widow maker heart attack in July 2014 and had heart failure as well as Respiratory Failure and I came back to life with 3 stents in my heart and as of today I have total of 8 stents. Under the care of Dr. Lala I have been given the right medication and I have been alive and well under the care of these two amazing and well know doctors. I am 70 years old now and I owe my life to them and the care they give me, has been nothing but the best. I refer people that I know they need second opinion to Dr. Lala and will continue to do so. They are my angel and I am alive today because of them. The staff is amazing as well as the most knowledgeable nurse practitioners. Thank you for being my care team

My name is John Darmozadeh and I have been a patient of Dr. Lala and Dr. Khorsandi for the past 11 years. I was 59 years old In 2014 when I had a Widow Maker Heart failure as well as Raspatory failure. I was taken to Hospital with 100% blockage and was given 2 shocks and 3 stents and came back to life. I met Dr. Lala and Dr. Khorsandi " I CALL them MY Saviors". I currently have 8 Stents in my heart and 11 years later I still am under care of Dr. Moinakhtar Lala and with the medications that I have been receiving and constant care and follow up my blood test is always in perfect shape. It feels like having my own Angels who are watching over me. I am alive because of them and every visit that I have with the doctor, he constantly does check ups and if he sees unusual activities, he recommends the perfect solutions. If you need second opinions or a real cardiologist, I would highly recommend Dr. Lala and Dr. Khorsandi. I am 11 years smoke free after smoking cigarettes for 45 years and I am active 70 years old who owes his life to them. The staff is amazing as well along with stunning Nurse Practitioners.

I am beyond grateful to Dr. Lala for the incredible care he gave me. From the very beginning, he took the time to explain every detail of my procedure, listened to all of my concerns, and made sure I felt completely safe and confident in his hands. His professionalism and compassion are unmatched. Thanks to his skill and dedication, I can finally walk again without pain and truly feel like myself. What means the most to me is that he did everything possible to avoid a major surgery, he cared about my well-being first, not just the procedure. It's clear that he is deeply passionate about what he does, and that passion shines through in his work, his communication, and the way he treats his patients.
