I have been seen by both Dr. V Lala and Dr. M Lala over the last four years. Both doctors are wonderful.
I have now over the last two years been seeing Dr. M Lala as he is the doctor that performed an angioplasty and is now my cardiologist. I have never in all my experience with doctors been treated so well. As I observe his many patients coming in and out, we are all treated as family.
His approached a treatment is thorough but so kind. His only concern is making you feel better!
Likewise, his staff is fantastic! They are all so kind and attentive. When I need to see Dr. Lala, I always know that I can see him within a day or two instead of waiting as we do for weeks with other doctors.
If you ever need a cardiologist, do not hesitate to see Dr. V or Dr. M Lala.
They are the best!!

On August 27, 2025, I had my leg Angio done with Dr. K. who is best of the best. Amazing Doctor and extremely knowledgeable. The nurse who helped me, JULIAN she has a very kind heart. She has a lot of knowledge and made me feel extremely relaxed. She went above and beyond her responsibilities. It seems God made her to be kind and caring for all the patients. I salute her and look forward to having same nurse for procedure in my other leg. I came home with a big Smile. Thank you Thank you Thank you

Before you schedule treatment here, get a second opinion and a third opinion. Apparently their treatments work for some patients, but they didn't help me at all and possibly even worsened my condition. I was treated here around 2021, after about 40 years of suffering from DVTs and venous ulcers. They promised that through their surgery and treatments, I would be free of these problems and wouldn't need blood thinners or support stockings. "It's going to change your life," one of the staff said.
They did a few treatments, then they stopped returning my calls to make appointments to finish the treatments. I sent a registered letter to Dr. Lala complaining about this, and they booked me for a couple more treatments, but then stopped returning my calls again.
After a few months, I gave up and went to a different vascular surgeon. He told me that he could finish the treatments and probably get my foot swelling down some, but he said that CACVI had overpromised, and that I'd be on blood thinners and 30-40mmHg stockings for the rest of my life. He also had to add additional stints because the ones CACVI installed had clogged -- which I'm told happens, but CACVI did not warn me about this. Nor did they tell me I'd have to go in every year to get scanned to make sure my stints are OK (a $400 copay last time I did it).
I have continued to have venous ulcers and painful swelling of my feet. Currently about three square inches of my right ankle is covered with ulcers, the worst I've ever had. I've moved out of state, and my new vascular surgeon said there's nothing necessarily wrong with the treatment I received, but that with a patient like me with such a long history of vascular problems, he wouldn't have done these treatments because he doubts they'd have been effective.
So I can't say there's anything wrong with the treatments CACVI did, but I can say that they misrepresented the effectiveness of these treatments, and the staff certainly was not responsive, attentive or professional. Get a second opinion, and a third. There are more vascular surgeons right down the block.

If you have vascular issues and need the best doctor, look no further. Dr. Mojinakhtar Lala is the most skilled surgeon using the most up to date technology to give you the best possible results. He actually cares about his patients a rare quality in today's world.
Furthermore the other physicians in the practice are also the best of the best. His staff is an extension of him, positive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. There is no doubt in my mind he has saved my mom's leg's after another doctor did a sub par job. There is a significant difference in the results after Dr. Lala's intervention. This review is also validated by my mom Eileen Cook.

This is my first review ever for anything, anywhere.
Without question the worst experience I've had in more than 30 years, and I was in healthcare! I don't believe Khorsandi is even a real doctor, prove it! Unprofessional, phony, unsanitary, corrupt, incompetent, zero follow-up, uncaring, I can go on and on. This place should be shut down. I'm on it! AHA, etc.
The staff should be ashamed to work there, they try hard and are treated poorly, uninformed, and haven't got a clue how to converse with patients. The med students laugh behind the doctor's backs, realizing they are wasting their time. They all apologized whenever they could. It's obviously a show & tell.
It's apparent when the staff cannot even put an IV in without trying 5X, then apologize for all the blood. Same with the 'plastic' shavers, telling me "sorry, it's my first time", not to mention the Surgeon(K) not even wearing a mask in the OR. True, I couldn't believe it! People yelling and screaming in pain in recovery, to no avail! Nobody cared.
Truly a horrible experience. This place is a true "meat-market" for unsuspecting patients, who wait hours with an appointment, very sad. Very unfortunate!
They accomplished nothing they promised me.
I received no follow-up no matter how many times I tried. Disgraceful!
