Dr. Vahdat is an exceptional doctor. He is incredibly caring and knowledgeable. 14 years ago, he saved my father's life. He was at Valley Presbyterian Hospital. We brought my father in, and Dr. Vahdat immediately performed his divine work. I am incredibly grateful to him.
The last 2 months I tried many times to talk to Erica or Valerie but they have this new receptionist who answers the call And she works remotely and every time she says yes. I left a message for them to call you and after explaining few times about what my ask is as a patient a couple of years she doesn't understand what I'm saying. And the reason is because she's only answering calls and has lack of knowledge. Plus, I don't think she's fluent in English. I'm very disappointed
The WORST doctor and office I have ever been to. This guy made me wait for 45 minutes before they put me in a hot room for another 20 minutes. Finally the doctor looked me over asked questions, and then explained that my problem is anxiety and I probably don't even need blood pressure medication. He was extremely judgmental, as if he couldn't be bothered to talk with a "crazy" person. After some convincing, he finally prescribed me Norvasc and I left. They don't answer their phones and they DO NOT REFILL PRESCRIPTIONS. Me and my pharmacist have been unable to get a refill. Not only that, he has sent me MULTIPLE bills in the mail for $31 for A SINGLE VISIT. He is a scammer and a crook, and not an educated person at all. I don't understand how a doctor can hold your medication ransom like this so I have filed complaints with Blue Cross for this despicable behavior.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been the most frustrating experience--careless doctor and staff, constant cancellations and rescheduling, and an overall lack of professionalism. If you value your time and peace of mind, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Doctor Vahdat saved my life and I can't thank him enough! He's very professional and intelligent. I love his staff especially ERICA she makes you feel welcomed and they treat you very well and I feel they are like a family. Thank you doctor for finding what was wrong with my heart and taking immediate steps and correct medications to help me live. God bless you!
