Wonderful experience. Can't say enough. Our Dr is was knowledgeable, heard our concerns and presented us with treatment plan that gives us so much hope for a fast recovery. Loved having the ability to remain home and not sit in an office while feeling this sick. Prescriptions were sent to our pharmacy and already seeing positive results.
When I went in, I was greeted in a kind way and felt welcomed. When I went through the process of navigating the website to sign in and add my information, the office manager was super helpful. I felt everyone was kind, and I felt heard when I was seen by the doctor. She took the time to make sure I didn't leave out anything and never rushed me once! I would definitely recommend Instant Urgent Care.
Excellent care provider exceeded my expectations today. Knowledgeable, compassionate and patient. Understood my needs quickly and responded in a professional and empathetic manner. Saw to it all medications I need for Coronavirus would be ready in a timely fashion. Took the time to explain everything I might need to know. Understood the urgency of my request as my Insurance provider is changing and was very concerned and thorough. Absolutely excellent! Yours.
A mixed bag. On some level I got decent care - imaging was ordered, referrals to specialists were given based on the imaging and all in a timely manner. However, pain management was terrible. Twice while actively seeing Instant Urgent Care I had to go to the ER because Instant Urgent Care didn't take my pain seriously and left me immobilized and non ambulatory from pain.
Visited once and received a diagnosis. Was told to go pick up a prescription that they never sent LAST week. I tried calling their number but as usual with terrible clinics I was immediately greeted by a computer voice with no option to speak to someone. Sitting here now after going back a second time and Walgreens once again has not received my prescription. Never coming back here. First clinic visit in the US and it's sure left a sour taste in my mouth.
