Dr. Nermeen Akladeos

New patient. New to California due to military move. I needed a referral for a mammogram due to my mother having breast cancer before the age of 40. The people that answer the phone are rude. The people that check you in are rude. I get the exam room the intern was kind, we went over my medication, my concerns and decided to set myself up as a new patient- i would need a primary care doctor eventually. Doctor comes in as usual we over the same thing i just told the intern, I get the referral but I never get a text for medication. I called and I've used the portal to try to get in contact with her, not only that my lab results are back and still no call from the doctor to discuss. I called back because I have less than a weeks supply for one medication and the rude lady tells me I would need to come back because there are no notes discussion medication. I advised that wasn't true because she told me I needed to stop the pill birth control and pick something else, I told her about my gastrointestinal issues and weight and the lady on the phone says "well that's not what I show, ill send her a message". Completely unaccountable, no compassion, no care, no decency. I would NOT recommend, especially since I've already sent 3 messages, had the labs done as she asked and I cannot get a simple real response.

Dr Akladeos and her nursing assignment were Very personable and Professional !! They had everything in order prior to me being seen ! My appointment went smoothly and way above my expectations, She will be our new primary care provider!!

She and her PA were very thorough when I went in for my first physical. I didn't have to beg and plead for referrals or genetic testing. They listened, took their time with me, and made my first experience with Rancho Medical a very pleasant one.

I was on-time for my appointment. Had a long wait in waiting area,then long wait in exam room. Then a intern came in and did everything then another wait the Dr came in but really did Nothing at all so my insurance is paying for me to see a student. I go to the Dr to be examined by my Dr NOT a student. I have several chronic problems. It was a waist of my time. This was not good at all.

I had a telephone appointment with Dr. Akladeos. She was very attentive and spent time asking questions and follow up questions to make sure she diagnosed me properly. The prescription she gave me helped Within a few hours. I would definitely feel good about being seen by her again.
