OMG we had the most wonderful experience with my kids and my annual physical, routine check up! The roles have been slightly reversed since my wife started working and I now have to take the kids to their Dr appointments. I have to admit, I was a little uncomfortable at first because I normally don't handle the whole kid dr visits. However, the staff was super friendly and the PA was very helpful! Thank you so much to Victoria and the rest of the team! You made this a very positive experience.

I have never been so frustrated with a doctors office then these people . They will send you a text one week before your appt wanting you to confirm your appt and then at 4 days before your appt you will get a text and a call everyday leading up to your appt to confirm again . oh and did I mention they will also send you an email again for pre check in paperwork that literally asks the same questions you filled out 2 weeks before at your last appointment and it will take about 20 mins to complete and after you have done the pre check in and CONFIRMED then the day before you will get multiple calls in a day asking for you to call them back to go over your medications list ( which you verifed in the pre check in ) frankly this is harassment on so many levels!!! .oh and did I say that the front desk is rude and not personable . Oh and one more thing I have asked the doctor , the nurse , and the front desk to send my refills to a certain CVS gave them the address and they still every month send it to another CVS .. oh and don't forget YOU CAN NOT MAKE APPT BY CALLING THE OFFICE .. Looking for another doctor . and all I ever see is a nurse practitioner . Never the doctor .. stay away if you want to be frustrated

Dr Atiga was very rude and uncaring. I've had much better experience with his nurse practitioners at least they care. I had to leave his office and go to urgent care for antibiotics and steroids for an upper respiratory infection. Dr Atiga insisted that I only had allergies and I've been sick for weeks and my glands are swollen in my neck. He refers you to multiple specialists and never knows or cares what is going on with you. Some physicians don't care about their patients we are only a number and a pay day for them

Ladies this doctor's office for you!! They listen and care about our symptoms. I was nervous at first going in because from past experiences at other practices I've been dismiss on all my symptoms. Dr. Trujillo listened and evaluated all my concerns. I finally feel like I am on the right path. Highly recommend coming here.

I just left my first appointment at Atiga Family Practice, and it was by far the best experience I've ever had at a medical office. From the first contact we had over the phone, the office staff has been kind and supportive. The office is very clean and modern without being cold and uncomfortable. Katherine was my NP, and she *really* listened to all I had to say and made sure I had the care and referrals needed to start getting my health on track. Literally every single person I've come into contact here, both in-person and over the phone, have been super awesome. I'm quite glad I called around and found this place.
