It is difficult to schedule an appointment at this office. Whenever I call into the office, I am on hold for over 30 minutes. The wait time to actually see the doctor has averaged a hour for me. I had an in office procedure done last year. Dr. Stenzler walked into the room and did not greet or acknowledge me. He asked one of the nurses what procedure he was doing to me. He was not able to do the ablation, so I was scheduled for another appointment. The next time, he did not acknowledge me either. He had to be reminded by the nurse that he was doing an ablation and that the previous attempt failed. I was referred to another doctor in the office. I was finally able to schedule another ablation, ONE YEAR later. This procedure was scheduled for the first week in March. I had to call the office twice the day before to have them submit a prescription that I was supposed to take the day of the procedure. I called my pharmacy and the prescription was never placed by the office. I called again the morning of the procedure and they said that they would call me when the prescription was called into the pharmacy. A half hour later, I received a call canceling my procedure due to not receiving prior authorization from my insurance. I called my insurance and Pacific Heart and Vascular only submitted the paper two days before the scheduled procedure. I will not be using this office again. I have submitted a grievance against them with my insurance and am in the process of a formal complaint with Adventist Health. The staff at this office are extremely incompetent.

ive been struggling with heart arrythmias, and seeing this doctor for 4 years now and it has been the absolute worst experience ive ever had with any doctor BY FAR. I had to quit playing sports and I was told to just ignore my arrythmias until they progressively got worse and worse. on top of all this they will never ever pick up your phone calls. IF YOU HAVE BEEN REFERED TO THIS SPOT FOR YOUR HEALTH CONCERNS PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A BETTER LOCATION, I SAY THIS BECAUSE I WOULD NEVER WANT ANYONE TO BE NEGLECTED THE WAY I WAS.

Dr is great but staff is rude. I only see the dr once a year for a check up to get my blood pressure medicine but when I called my pharmacy to refill they said it was denied so I called the doctor office and they said I was no longer a patient there that they had dropped me. No notice no nothing just dropped but of course they said they called numerous times and sent letter just to cover their butt so be careful at this office.

It was my first visit here. The wait was about half an hour. However, the visit with Dr. Olowoyeye did not last long. I don't like doctors staring at the computer screen typing in notes more than focusing on me. Plus, it is hard to hear them to begin with behind the mask. The visit with him alone lasted a little less than 15 min. He ordered several tests for me to take, however, no explanation of any of them was provided to me. I found out on my own later, one was an invasive (IV drug) procedure. I do not tolerate all meds such as these. My body does not. Had I been advised this was going to happen (not until the day of the procedure), I would not have allowed the test to be done. Communication between doctors is important! Instead of handing the patient a slip and then telling them they can leave to go to the front desk, spend a few more minutes with them as a doctor. Not returning here. Update: Doc is now retired.

The BEST doctors office I've ever been to. And I have had my fair share of doctors. (7 different specialists, outside of my primary). Kind. Friendly. Quick. Have always been taken in within 20 mins of check in. Everyone (and I mean everyone), is SO personable and friendly. Usually only 1-2 in a whole office is that kind and engaging. But the whole office has this friendly, upbeat energy. Techs, office staff, PAs, MAs, etc. Doctor is phenomenal and so validating as well. I've never loved a doctors office before, but this one hits the books. Me and the echocardiogram tech even had a whole conversation on decolonization while doing my ultrasound. Best fun small talk I've had while testing lol. Thank you!
