It is with great sadness and profound disappointment that I write this review. Dr. Bisharra has been my physician for over 25 years. Despite the ups and downs in our doctor-patient relationship, I made the choice to remain under his care, trusting his judgment and expertise. As a healthcare professional myself, I understand how challenging it is to find a reliable and ethical doctor. However, I have now made the difficult decision to seek care elsewhere.
This decision did not come lightly. In recent visits, Dr. Bisharra has demonstrated a lack of concern and has failed to take the time to truly listen to my health concerns. Any suggestions I made, including requests for diagnostic tests such as biopsies or blood work to help identify my issues, were dismissed outright. His reasoning was simply that he is the experienced doctor, not me. While I respect his expertise, I find it unreasonable to refuse tests I am willing to pay for out of pocket. As a patient, I expect my concerns to be heard and taken seriously.
When I tried to explain my symptoms, his dismissive response--"If you know what is wrong, why are you coming to me?"--was hurtful and unprofessional. While I respect his position as a doctor, I believe that patients also deserve respect for their understanding of their own bodies and health.
In the past, I overlooked mistakes he made, acknowledging that everyone is human and capable of errors. However, this most recent experience was the final straw. I believe that mutual respect and trust are the foundation of a strong doctor-patient relationship, and I can no longer say that this foundation exists.
For anyone considering Dr. Bisharra's care, I urge you to explore other options. There are many physicians who will take the time to listen, show genuine concern, and prioritize your health. Your time and money are better spent elsewhere.

This place is a mess. the doctor is terrible. He should don't be a doctor from the beginning. He barely listened to what I had to say, rushed through the appointment, and didn't even try to explain my treatment options. The office staff is rude, and the waiting room looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the '90s. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Dr. Bishara is a once-in-a-lifetime type of doctor! I've been in several different states and seen others, however my family and I always reminisce on when we were his patients. Thinking of driving 1,800 miles just to have that experience of a doctor that knows what he's doing. He cares about his patients! I loved that there were alternative treatments available. I miss being able to take care of everything in one place. You might not get much time with him, but know this man cares and has many to help. While googling his name, another doctor came up near by. I almost cried with happiness thinking it was him, but it seems a trip is due once the pandemic is over.

I have been coming here for a few times already and these past times the Dr. has not done much or nothing to follow my needs. I have come in for several things despite been already wrong treated for it and he always has the audacity to say it's nothing.. whatever you tell him what you think it is. Is not it for him. He wrong treated me for an issue I have and yet it's been a while and still have this issue. Now, I decided to come back with a recent issue I have because changing Drs. will slow down the process of getting a biopsy.
I had gone to hospital twice already with an Ultrasound report. I come in to make an appointment to request a biopsy referral and he's words were.. "How old are you? and who's telling you, you need a biopsy? I said I'm coming back from the ER and they are requesting a biopsy because it looks suspicious.. he said. "Those people are crazy you still too young to have an issue..", days later, they call me back from this office saying they have an appointment for me ready to do another ultrasound and other order too. I go to my ultrasound today so he can eventually see it and submit it for a referral to get a biopsy. Then I come in to the office to see him because I'm still in a lot of pain and he sees me and touched where I'm complaining of pain really hard despite I'm already being in pain.. and he nods his head and says "you don't have nothing. " I said.. "What do you mean I don't have nothing?" Despite my pain and the 2 ultrasounds that tells you I do have a few issues that are suspicious and you still have the audacity to say I don't?" he says,"I've been seeing people for the same reason, and you don't have nothing. "..he laughs.
Of course I did not agree with his diagnosis because 1. I already have 2 reports that says I do have something, and 2. because he didn't even have today's results and based on what he touched he made his assumption to say I don't have nothing.. I feel it, Im in pain every night.. I cant sometimes move my arm and complain of back pain from that issue.. medicine does not make my pain go away.. So there is something causing this pain.. there are reports from specialty Drs. saying I do have something.
I told him I was changing Dr's. and he got very upset and smacked me really hard in my right shoulder and left me really red on my back.
I made a report already reg. this. This is not ok, no one should be touching or be smacking you this hard for no reason. Specially him. I could have made it worse but I was the big person and handled it the right way.
Please do not put your health in his hands. He is just interested in your health insurance money.
I Healthcare worker too and I know he is not suppose to touch or even smack someone this hard.. at all. not professional, not ethical.
You don't even need to be in health care to know is not ok. A Nurse was inside too with me and witnessed this and even she wasn't ok with what he did. Not ok at all and I will take it further.
Please double think before coming here. Not a good Dr. will only do what he wants and thinks, not what you really need.
Not ok Dr. Bishara, I gave you a few chances and you really disappointed me as a pt.

I have been going to Dr. Bishar for 17 years now the reason that I continue to see him is because of his consistency in excellent care. He genuinely cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to make sure their health needs are met. He and his staff build a relationship and make you feel like family. One of the best Dr.'s I have ever been in contact with and have and will continue to recommend.
