Soledad Medical Clinic

I've been a patient at this clinic for many years, and it's disappointing to see how much the management has changed. The clinic feels very unorganized, and there always seems to be a shortage of staff. Appointments are scheduled too far out, and even when you finally have one, the wait times are much longer than they used to be. It's clear that poor management and lack of proper support are affecting the quality of care. I truly hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements, because we the patients deserve better.

I used to love their services here I did the impossible to switch my children to this clinic but now I really started to hate this clinic organization, and a lot of it begins with the reception area you call the clinic it's either no answer or they leave you waiting for a hour on the phone I have also experienced the reception hanging up on me. The front desk always with an attitude. Even though you have an appointment scheduled you show up on time it takes them an hour to get you inside a room another 20 minutes for the DR. to walk in the room. If you need an emergency appointment for your child they want to schedule you out within a month or two. You obviously, can't take that long & have to be seen so you decide to go to emergency room. After your ER visit they want you to follow up with your primary doctor they can't see you without the ER records and they require to walk in their office to fill up a medical release form so it can take them 2-5 business days to get you in. I asked if I can take the medical release form that is giving by the ER in which it specifies exactly what you were seen for or if any medications were prescribed to you they can't even take that!! I worked in the medical field 11 years I know this is the same exact information they need.

My pet peeve is being late as well as the clinic not keeping their appointments on time. I get they are busy but as patients we go out of our way to come here and they don't respect our times. They take for ever to call your name and then you have to wait some more to see the Physician/ Dr. This is wrong in so many levels! They need to do better with their time management and respect patients times!

I been a patient at this clinic for years but recently service has been very bad waiting time at the waiting room is an hour long and once moved in the room I have to wait again just for 5 minutes with a dr. Very disappointed.

I use to like the clinic at first but lately I haven't got any results when promised. Also I had a phone appointment set for a time. Called because I had not received my call. Got told they would call me in a couple of minutes. One hour pass and nothing yet and to be told they like to do their calls towards the end. Not professional it would be nice to have been told ahead of time instead of waiting longer. I had to return to work it would be nice if they honored the time gaps they schedule or communicate they are running very late or need to reschedule.
