I must share our incredible experience with Dr. Lakhani - a truly exceptional cardiologist who has been a lifeline for my mom. In fact, my mom has been under his care since 2013. That alone speaks volumes about the trust and confidence we have in him. What truly sets Dr. Lakhani apart is his unwavering passion for his patients. He doesn't just treat conditions; he treats people. He always takes the time to connect on a personal level, making my mom feel seen and heard. This is especially meaningful as my mom now lives with dementia, and Dr. Lakhni consistently approaches her with incredible patience and humor, ensuring her comfort and understanding during every visit. Beyond his compassionate bedside manner, Dr. Lakhni is a fierce advocate for his patients health. He's been instrumental in fighting tooth and nail for my mom's well-being, even (throughout the years) going toe-to-toe with other doctors to ensure she receives the absolute best treatment and care. It's rare to find a doctor who champions their patients so intensely, and it's something our family deeply appreciates. The entire office staff, especially Olivia, truly mirrors Dr. Lakhni's dedication, always demonstrating remarkable understanding and compassion. If you're looking for a cardiologist who combines expertise with genuine care, who will fight for your health as if you were family, and who truly embodies the meaning of patient-centered care, I cannot recommend him enough. Run away from doctor and his office staff. Six years ago, I ended up in the Simi Valley Hospital, with issues that led to a diagnosis of a hole in my heart called a PFO. Dr Lahkani Was the on-call cardiologist so he took care of me in the hospital and then I went to him afterward for a full cardiac workup and saw him a couple more times within a short period of time. It's not something I have to see a cardiologist about very often, but I checked in with Dr Lahkani approximately three years ago To make sure everything was OK and I haven't been there since. In the last week I've been having chest pain and had abnormal EKG and my GP told me to get a full work up, so I called to get an appointment. His office staff said they weren't taking new patients. When I said, "I'm not a new patient" she said "well you haven't been here in three years so you are considered to be a new patient." This is what they say to a person with chest pain and an abnormal EKG who WAS a patient - and I happen to have great health insurance.

Best Doctor ever. Dr Lakahni is so knowledgeable about the body. He takes the time to explain what is going on-even when it is not a heart issue. His staff is the best - great about getting records and answers when you call. I feel safe with them looking out for my husband and myself.

NO show and NO call. I found Dr. Lakhani to be very knowledgeable and able to provide diagnosis clearly to patients when he actually shows up to provide patients with an explanation of care. I was recently in the hospital was treated by Dr. Lakhani although the treatment seemed to solve the problem, I was uncomfortable being discharged without speaking with him about course of treatment and reason for the change in medication. This is the second time I was treated at the hospital by Dr. Lakhani. I also found the office staff to be unresponsive.

I wrote a negative review due to an unfriendly employee. That employee is no longer working there. I am a patient of Dr.Lakhani. He is an incredible professional cardiologist. The staff is terrific and extremely courteous. I feel terrible and embarrassed for what I wrote and I want to sincerely apologize. I feel now I have a great Doctor and several new friends.
