First time to this building and location. I had the worst experience with the parking garage (never again). The location was ok to find. It's a neighborhood business with no frills. The front check-in gals were not very eager to be there and were not showing their best customer service. I had an ultrasound, which went very well, and I felt quite comfortable being there.
I had a telehealth appointment at 11:45 last Tuesday. They called at 11:30 and informed me that he Doctor would call when he was "finished with patients". He never called. Two days later, I called them and was informed that the Doctor had called me several times and I did not answer. He's lying. He never called. Don't go here. Chose a facility where the Doctors are honest, or what's the point?
I would say that the service is good but they don't validate parking! I can't understand why a place where you spend so much money for the service cannot validate parking.
So I made an appointment for a stress test 2 months ago and they just called me to cancel my appointment because the technician will not be there and they have now postponed my appointment an additional month. Horrible.
I saw Dr Kupferwasser here. Him and his team were amazing. Ty for such good customer service
