I always have excellent experience visiting Dr. Sheybani. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I'm comfortable with my treatment plan. The staff is friendly, the office is well-organized, and appointments run on time. I feel confident and well-cared for every time I visit. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, we were never able to get past the scheduling staff to even book a first appointment for my mom with Dr. Sheybani. She had already been assigned to him, and her insurance plan was active. I called the office three days in a row and left messages. When I finally reached a staff member, she very quickly checked the insurance portal and told me she could not find my mom's name. I had just gotten off the phone with the insurance company, who confirmed that my mom was in the system and assigned to Dr. Sheybani. When I tried to explain this, the staff member repeatedly gave the same response and did not make any additional effort to re-check or search more thoroughly. She then told me that the doctor was not accepting new patients--despite the fact that he is listed by the insurance as a provider who is accepting new patients. Because of this contradiction, I went in person to the public office to clarify what was happening. There, I confirmed again that my mom is in the system and that Dr. Sheybani is indeed her assigned doctor. I am a healthcare service provider myself, and I understand how critical respectful communication and client relations are in a medical setting. Regardless of how skilled a physician may be, the front office staff are the first point of contact and they represent the practice. This is a medical office, not a retail store; patients are often worried, unwell, or caring for vulnerable loved ones. The dismissive and unhelpful attitude we encountered suggests that the staff would greatly benefit from additional training in professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving.

Throughout this time, in every circumstance and across various aspects of my health and medical needs, he has always been there with exceptional care and dedication. The type of service Dr. Sheybani provides goes well beyond what one would expect from a physician. His approach is compassionate, attentive, and truly patient-centered. His diagnoses are consistently accurate, and his treatments and medical advice are always clear, practical, and effective. Dr Sheybani has been my dr for many years. He is very good at diagnosis. He is always very nice, caring and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable and he listens and resto questions respectfully and explains everything clearly. The office staffs are helpful and the environment is neat and organized. Easy to make an appointment.
