Dr. Shailesh Shetty- Central California Cardiovascular

This place SUCKS!!! The appointment scheduling is so disorganized. The staff has a "take it or leave it" attitude. They TELL YOU when THEY want you to come in. They don't ask when you're available. Then they reschedule you later, for 3 months down the road. Seriously. Awful awful place.

I quit seeing Dr. Shetty bc when my appt was set it went in the room. Almost 3 hours, I had to let the front office know that I still haven't been seen and not even the Dr knew I was there. Sadly, now I have to go see him before my surgery. I will leave if I'm not seen after 2 hours or less.

Took grandma to the heart doctor. Was disappointed, we had a 8:00 schedule appt, it was 8:35 a.m., had a reschedule. When I talk to the nurse the day before I told her I had a 9:00 work appointment. She mentioned that we will be in at 8:00 so that we can be done by 8:30 a.m. unfortunately that did not happen so I had to reschedule for 3 months later. Very disappointed his doctor's office for not meeting scheduled time appointments.

I see Dr. Shetty since 3+ years and his staff is nice. He listens to me and answers all my questions. He's a good doc. Wait time is always longer at any doc visit. Just be patient. I would recommend him. You won't be disappointed.

They're not very good at honoring their appointment times. Appointment was at 12:45 got here 15 minutes early its past 1:45 and still have not got callled. I overheard another patient complaining about the same thing.
