Peter D. Chang Sing, MD

Dr. Chang Sing has treated me over the past 12 years and my conclusion is that he is a world-class cardiologist. I feel very fortunate to be one of his patients.

Have been a patient for about 25 years as has my husband. We have found that Dr. Chang-Sing has done wonders for our health and managing our heart issues. His skill doing procedures is excellent and his willingness to listen to the patient and process symptoms is excellent. I have always felt totally cared for. The followup has always been excellent and he has gone out of his way to take care of us both with terrific followup and longterm care. The best in Northern California for sure.

I have received the worse treatment from this doctor. I was schedualed for a defibulator implant after my 1st heart attack. I arrived on time for my appointment and they preped me for surgury, but then after 2 hrs waiting he came in to tell me he was not going to be able to do the surgery. I was very upset and left. Then when I reached out to my doctor and explained what happened he said that mr sing had said I refused the surgery and since then I suffered another heart attack and they keep saying I need the surgery but then when I try to schedual for it Im told I refused which never happened. I feel they are discriminating against me and Ive contacted my lawyer. When I requested a different surgen because of how ive been treated my doctor claimed there is no one else who can do it. I have Medi-cal insurance and I'm treated like I'm crazy or something. Ive told Dr. Sing and Dr. Anderson I never refused the surgery they refused to perform the surgery. Its as if they hope I die so they dont have to be bothered with me. I don't know what else to do accept have my attorney get involved at this point and hopefully I dont die before I can received a surgery they say i need and Ive been begging them for for a year.

Always professional, kind, understanding and has made me feel protected. My atrial fibrillation was a constant problem. Working with Dr. Chang-Sing and his staff has been a great experience. Moving out of state, or I would NEVER change doctors. He's the best!

I have been a patient for 15 years, beginning at age 23. I credit him for saving my quality of life. I've had two cardiac ablations and am now on my second pacemaker. I was a young girl and he listened to me every time I said I didn't feel well and investigated and treated my issues until we finally found the answer. The office staff and hospital staff he works with have been nothing but kind, encouraging, thoughtful and professional. I am so thankful to have him as my cardiologist!!!
