I feel so lucky to have Dr. Finley as my primary care physician. She is always on top of everything and is so caring. Her bedside manner is 10 out of 10. Also, her staff are just as wonderful. I never wait long and when I call to schedule an appointment, I'm able to get in right away. When does that happen in Los Angeles? I'm so grateful to everyone there.

This doctor is amazing there is zero reason for her to have such a low rating. She not only got me in quick, was very professional and kind. She also got me a cardiologist, a dermatologist, and colon doctor all within my health insurance without me needing to look anything up. She even communicated all bloodwork over med info through an app so I didn't have to come back in. Kind professional intelligent and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. Absolutely phenomenal

I have had the exact opposite experience of the prior post. I find her staff warm, welcoming and efficient. I get appointments within a week or two and when I see Dr. Finley she listens an attentively and reassures me without dismissing any of my concerns. She spends a lot of time going over my history and medications Her ordering of tests is being cautious and thorough. I appreciate that her initial interview, which is not a hands on physical gave us both a chance to see if it was a good fit. I have sent her a lot of patients personally and they all have had good experiences so I can give her five stars with great confidence in her medical care and knowledge.

My wife and I were referred to Dr. Finley in 2021 by Dr. Earl Gordon, our retiring PCP of 20 years. We have been so impressed with her that we have each referred several other people we know. She is both extremely smart, thorough and kind. She is sincere and takes the time to address all aspects of a situation and genuinely cares about my well being. We feel very fortunate to have met her and well cared for as a result.

I've had a horrible experience with her. I was referred by my OBGYN and thought I could trust her but had red flags from the beginning. My first appointment was given to me 3 months out and I have a PPO by the way. The appointment was made for physical check up and I arrive after 3 months only to have her talk to me and tell me that she's just establishing the doctor patient relationship and have to schedule another appointment for the actual check up. Ummmm....that should have been communicated 3 months ago so I wouldn't have wasted my time taking time off work and now I had to do it again. She sent me to multiple other appointments for check up and her physical was way below standards that I've had before. After going on a wild goose chase of multiple other appointments and wasting more time, she had me on multiple wrong medications and scared me to death about one that my GI doctor had placed me on and after confirmation from a GI specialist, I was told that her information was completely false. She refused to reorder refill for the same medication she well knew I was on a daily basis for the last 4 years. She then scared me into taking multiple X-rays and only can be done at the hospital and get charged around $700 for copay and then I just had a breaking point and knew that she is a shady doctor that is greedy, no compassion and way too paranoid and not fully educated on best practices of medicine. This is why I don't like young doctors because they are so arrogant. Will never return here again and her staff at the front are not friendly at all.
