I'll preface this by saying if you need to see a PAMF specialist or have a test done right away (any specialty), and the tiny PAMF offices in the Santa Cruz area don't have appointments for a while, ask the PAMF schedulers to look for appointments in the los gatos/mt view/san jose offices! This has worked really well for our family. Review: Lifelong migraine sufferer here. I messaged my PAMF PCP for a referral to neurology and she recommended Dr Gansaeuer. The referral was quick but I had to wait a couple months for an appointment, which was ok for my non-urgent issue. On appointment day it was easy to park... I had a quick check in, short wait time to be seen, the doctor listened to me, explained things well, took his time looking at my case, and we came up with a plan. Exactly what I needed.

Poor Medical practice. I have had migraines for 4 straight days. Went to urgent care they advised me to get a CT scan. Called my insurance they referred me to this office. I have a PPO and they refused to see me without a referral. I don't need a referral and was advised to get a CT scan. Even though my insurance will pay, they still denied seeing me. Medical doctors would rather a patient have pain and potential medical condition vs treating the patient when the insurance company not only covers the cost they authorized the appointment. Do not go to them!

I have been coming here for a few years and they are wonderful.. They take your feelings into consideration and they listen..

Doctor showed up late for appointment I was instructed to be early for. I was first appointment of the day and simply was told "they have to commute". Waited 2 months for initial appointment and ended up being a waste of time and money as nothing actionable came out of my visit.
