Urgent Care - there is nothing urgent about this. We came in literally in pain, doubled over. No one cared, in fact the two health care receptionists seemed bothered that they had to talk to us. Is there a training video? Do they intentionally hire the coldest people they can find who are put out and treat you haughtily whilst you are in pain and suffering? I am going to say yes. They were really just gossiping with the security guard the whole time while giving people the most insanely off wait times. We waited twice as long as they quoted while holding on to a potentially broken arm. Everyone else got called before us, everyone. How was everyone else's emergency worse than ours? Not offered Advil, not offered ice, not offered NOTHING for two hours. Outrageous gap in care. We came straight here from the scene of the injury, I had no ice or Advil on me. My son had to sit in pain while those who came in after us with their UTI, and cough, which was a greater emergency, were called first. And we were given a one hour wait and waited two hours. In pain, without so much as an ice bag. I tried to complain a little bit and the nurse was like, it wasn't me, I just got here. Ok... but can you help us now? Do we have to beg? Is this all just deflection? This isn't about YOU, people are hurt and PAMF does not care.
