I've had consistently positive experiences with Kaiser. My thyroid specialist, Dr. Vu, is excellent -- knowledgeable, attentive, and always takes the time to explain my condition and treatment options clearly. I feel very well cared for under his guidance. The lab services are also great. The staff are friendly and professional, and the process is impressively efficient -- from check-in to blood draw usually takes less than 10 minutes. I also received iron infusions in Room 440, and the nurses there are absolutely wonderful. They're kind, patient, and made the whole experience very comfortable. The room is clean and quiet, and they even offer complimentary snacks and juice, which is a really thoughtful touch. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the care I've received at Kaiser -- from lab services to specialty care and infusions. Everything is well-organized, and I appreciate how easy it is to manage appointments and results through the online system. Highly recommended!

I tried to schedule a regular appointment for my daughter who has a cough, and they refused, saying I had to take her to the emergency room. The emergency room doctor saw her for 2 minutes and said she was fine and could go home, and if she didn't get better, to schedule an appointment with the pediatrician. They charged me $600 for those 5 minutes. We went back home, my daughter still had a cough, so we managed to get an online consultation... In that online consultation, the doctor said she should go to the emergency room again, meaning another $600. Amazing, huh? Never choose Kaiser, never!!!They will squeeze every penny out of you until you reach the deductible.

The experience was so wholesome. The staff is extremely kind, polite and helpful. The nurse who helped me had everything setup before greeting me in with change of clothes, blanket to keep me warm. Gave me time to change and without rushing. The radiologist was extremely kind and patient as well. Very thorough in instructions and took such great care and made sure I was comfortable through the scan. Very cheerful environment.

The receptionist was efficient and appropriate. The 1st nurse I had was wonderful because she felt she would have difficulty getting an IV into my tiny veins. She called upon a colleague, whom she knew to have superior skills, to start my IV, which she did with one stick. I always appreciate when a professional "stays in their lane". The technician, nurse and phycian in the procedure suite were professional but took the time to make me feel safe and comfortable. Kudos to those folks.

I had a really positive experience with the radiology and imaging department. Everyone I interacted with was kind, attentive, and professional. I felt like they genuinely cared about my comfort and took the time to explain things clearly. The process was smooth, I didn't have to wait long, and the whole visit felt calm and well-organized. It's rare to leave a medical appointment actually feeling cared for, but that's exactly how I felt here.
