Cardiovascular Institute of San Marcos is great. I received a call with news of an appointment cancelation of another patient moving my appointment up one entire week. It was on a Saturday, WOW. Hailey was very professional and courteous. The waiting room, imaging room and entire office was immaculate.

The San Marcos office has the most amazing team running the Nuclear Stress Tests! They are so personable and friendly. I have no doubt that they love their job. And I want to give a million thumbs up for how easy they made it to find a vein when mine roll and hide. I apologized perfusly, but it was shooed off. Such an amazing team!

Absolutely disgraceful. The Cardiovascular Institute of San Diego is a complete failure in every aspect of patient care and professionalism. They canceled my appointment without any notice, then blatantly lied by claiming they called and left a voicemail -- which never happened. Even worse, their own automated system confirmed the appointment the day before. This place is a chaotic, negligent mess. Zero communication. Zero accountability. Zero respect for patients' time and health. If this is how they handle scheduling, I shudder to think how they handle actual medical care. Avoid this place at all costs. They should be ashamed to call themselves a medical facility.

Wish they had a patient portal .Would like to be able to see test results online ect..I feel lost about my treatment plan alot of the time.If a telemedicne appointment, no way to get an after visit sumary without going to the office in person.Other wise great group of people ,well trained ,very professonal.Recommended to all.

I have had interactions with 8-10 different medical offices recently and this group deserves credit for being the best. Appointments, wait times, efficiency and friendliness by all staff for multiple visits, they are the best. Thank you for all your help!!
