The staff was nice, albeit guarded. I went in hoping to get new prescriptions of ones that I had been taking, and was prescribed by chc, and was refused as he said he 'refers out for everything' and I would have to see a specialist to get them. Topical acne medication. He said I might have luck with the dr that prescribed them. I left no better than when I came in, in fact, I left in tears as I am sensitive and have been at my wits end advocating for myself. I wish I had the courage to stand up for myself but i just cried and he asked for a chaperone, a medical assistant, who just stood quietly in the corner. This was the first time I've had a bad experience with a Dr at CHC primary. The bad experience is specifically referring to the fact that I did not receive the same or even appropriate care that I have received from other Dr's in the same office. His demeanor was fine, although recording everything did give me the feeling that he is more interested in protecting himself than treating patients, this may be a hot take, but it was off putting nonetheless.

Dr Raj is an exceptional primary care doctor. He cares. He listens. He offers excellent advice. He lets you know he hears you and includes you in creating a good path to wellness. I'm grateful having him as my doctor.

Absolute worst doctor ever. He doesn't treat a thing, just does voice memos into his phone and refers you to places that are impossible to get appointments to. Ended up going to ucla health where they found a mass on my heart that needed immediate surgery and hospitalization for a prolonged time. If it was for "doctor" raj I would be dead. Also didn't read prior care notes and acted surprised when I asked for medicine for a serious illness I had diagnosed at" CHC" it wasn't even a different company, like how can he be so incompetent that he can't even prescribe a medicine. Literally the worst doctor ever and I would be dead if I he was my PCP. Seriously if you value yourself or a loved one, avoid this quack. He's a joke practitioner who doesn't care about you. In fact he even told me once I get 15 minutes and that's it. Could you imagine caring that little no matter how spread thin you feel you don't say that to a patient who is dying. I cannot say enough bad things about him. Avoid at all cost

Satish Raj MD is a friendly, efficient and thorough practioner. His encouraging outlook and demenor are indeed efficacious (a quality that shines brightly amidst the dark canvas of the culture we live amongst). I am greatfully blessed to be assigned under his doctoral care.

Dr Raj is always responsive and attentive to my any conditions I have shared. He provides great care with follow up and refers treatment to specialists if necessary
