I do not recommend Dr. Susan Eile- it's very hard to access her, communicate with her or her team, no email or online communication. Very irresponsible and irresponsive about patients care and medical need. AVOID this doctor!

Please do yourself a favor and never sign up for this med group. They are so unprofessional! You have to call multiple times to get ahold of someone. If you get through to someone, they always have an attitude as if you're inconveniencing them by simply wanting to be helped. The doctor was nice (based on the 2 phone calls we had; never had an in person apt) but the staff are stereotypical people that get into healthcare and hate helping people. Its honestly sad that they treat people the way they do considering they are coming to them for help

Great doctor. The woman with the gray roots at the desk is very rude and condescending, but wasn't there to interact with her anyway. Dr. Eile answered my questions the best she could and I appreciate that

Dr. Eile is the best Doctor in San Leandro. She is easy to talk with and very attentive. Although her specialty is Cardiology she is very knowledgeable in issues other than her field. I went to her with symptoms involving bleeding and she diagnosed my medical condition right away and referred me to a specialist. Mind you my condition had nothing to do with my heart or other cardiology issues. She makes you feel comfortable and confident knowing she is the one doctor who is going to help you feel better.

Dr Susan C. Eile M.D Office is not fully digital or transparent they are still running 1970 setting Also first appointment over the phone how do you take vital signs over the phone? For me this is a waste of time and over charging government services.
