I was referred to this doctor by my primary care more than 4 months ago. I took me 3 months to schedule an appointment with him. He was seemed like a good doctor if I could continue my treatment with him, but his assistant Jessica didn't help me at all. She scheduled me to go and pick up the sleeping test machine, and she didn't tell me that I need to stay there for another 1 hour ONLY FOR PICK UP the machine. I confirmed with her couple days ahead and as I was thinking that I only need to pick up the machine and leave, I had another appointment right after. But when I got there, the other assistant said that she is not available now, because she is with other patients and it will take about 20 minutes for her to be available and after that again a 20 minutes will take for her to upload the program on the machine and ...... I left. She never called back to me, and she had one of the other assistant called me and scheduled me for another time. On that day I got flu and I wasn't able to attend. I left them couple of messages and let them know that I am sick to cancel the appointment. Although she has an ext number, she NEVER answered my calls neither get back to me after listening to all those messages. I called after I got better to schedule another appointment, and she HANGED UP on me! I gave up to follow my treatment process with this doctor, and will never go back there again, I am working in pharmacy, and I know how important is for a doctor to have a good, responsible, professional and understanding assistants and staff. Dr. Rezvan is truly the best doctor I've ever seen. He's incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely takes the time to listen and understand his patients. He never rushes through appointments and always makes sure you feel heard and cared for. I deeply appreciate the way he treats his patients with such compassion and professionalism. I highly recommend him to all my family and friends--you'll be in great hands with Dr. Rezvan!

My husband is a stroke patient with some memory issues. He saw Dr. Rezvan today for his breathing difficulties and since he came back from that lengthy visit he has not stopped talking about Dr. Rezvan and his very caring and professional staff. The doctor was extremely kind and understanding to my husband and patiently helped him remember the name of his cardiologist and the meds, etc. it's so refreshing to hear a young doctor who is so knowledgeable is also very compassionate and understanding of the elderly patients. I highly recommend dr. Rezvan to anyone who is looking for a GOOD doctor.

Dr. Rezvan is the greatest! However, his staff leads something to be desired!! They are awful at returning calls, setting up appointments, responding to messages through the portal AND, they wanted me to take a COVID test for an upcoming procedure I am having and the hospital told me that they took it too soon so I'll have to repeat the test closer to the procedure. What a waste of my time! The person I talked to on the phone was so disinterested. She offered to reschedule the test, but I had already lost trust in their ability to do this right. Like I said, Dr. Rezvan is a great pulmonologist. His staff sucks.
