Dr. Sugimoto has been very supportive and patient with me. She always explains things in a way I can understand, and she gives very helpful information. When she talks to me, I feel that she cares deeply, almost like I am part of her family, but still with the professional expertise that is needed. She is very approachable and responds quickly whenever I need her advice. I feel comfortable with her, and I truly appreciate the care she gives. We also realize that there is so much work happening in the background before we get to see her. I must say the staff members are very efficient and accommodating, although the ladies at the front desk could show a little warmth.

My doctor wasn't available and I had an urgent situation with my knee which was quite painful. I was impressed with Dr. Sugimoto's assessment of situation and suggestion she gave for relief of swelling and pain. She followed up with referrals to specialist. She was quite good at looking at my past medical history since had never seen me before.
