Dr. Patel is an extremely rude, insensitive and unprofessional. They asked us to pay a $500 deductible (for both, me and my husband ) even before the check-up despite the fact that we had already met the deductible. When I tried to explain that there is some misunderstanding and maybe we can give a quick call to insurance which hardly takes 5mins, Dr. Patel came and asked us to pay if I wanted to proceed else he needs to get going with the next patient. We were fine with him to proceed with the next patient and can come back after checking with the insurance, he was like "I will not see you if you come back". Such behaviour is not expected from a doctor and I am glad we didn't see this doctor as I don't want a person like him to be our Primary care Doctor. After leaving from there, we checked with our insurance and he confirmed we were right and were not supposed to pay. Before booking an appointment with him, check his reviews on vitals.com or yelp and save yourself what other people went through.

The doctor is very unprofessional I called to make a appointment and they said they need records of my Inshurance payments and when i said you can get my all id and social and documents that verify my insurance is active they said they will give me appointment only after see my insurance is clear or i can make cash payments to them after my insurance will pay to doctor then they will reimburse my payment to me meanwhile they will not make appointments if I can't pay them . I never heard anything like that from anywhere they are only hungry for money I'll call to my insurance provider and request them that please take out this docter from their list .
