I would not recommend this physician's office to anyone's family. The office staff carry a horrible attitude, not to mention that they are not helpful at all with simple tasks, and that they are rude!!! They provide improper medical advice thinking that they are doctors themselves. My father has a valve problem. For the past year when Dr. Ma began to push many of his patients for unnecessary procedures (my dad's friendsall got pushed by him to get the angiogram done), my dad all got pushed to do angiogram even he does not have any stress testing to show that he needs the angiogram. My dad also talked to another cardiologist who recommended against that procedure as he didn't not have any stress test that showed he needed the angiogram. My dad has received two rescheduling from the office with the reason that the doctor was not available. When my dad couldn't make it to the upcoming appointment, the receptionist who speaks Chinese threatens to cancel all of his future appointments as he doesn't want to get the angiogram. When he asks her why she keeps pushing him to do unnecessary procedure, she said that his arteries were somewhat blocked. Based on what? They have no testing to show that his arteries were blocked! I have reported this office to consumer affairs as the service has been beyond horrific. Please join me in filing a complaint to the state consumer affairs department and to also report these MA? LVN? They don't belong in the medical field if they carry such a horrible attitude when speaking to patients. Please do not take your family members to this office unless the rude staff are removed.

Dr. Ma is a great cardiologist. He is very kind, very professional and really cares about his patients. I was under his care for many years for my irregular heartbeat condition. On my last appointment, I had to wait for 1 hour 30 minutes in his office. This was my first time experience with this long wait. If the front staffs showed empathy, said sorry for the wait, or told me the reason, I would be understand and tolerance for this rarely long wait. But they showed their uncaring. Properly they might want to let patients know the long waiting times would be the norm in their office from now on? When Dr. Ma saw me and asked how I was. I mentioned just this long wait time making me little tired. He was very sorry as a well mannered and kindly doctor he always has been. Recently I called the front staffs to make next check up appointment for my heart weirdly symptoms that made me worried. The older female staff didn't give me any appointment and said the doctor sent me back to my primary doctor because my heart is "ok"(!?) Only patients can tell if they are ok or not in the meantime. I am still under daily prescription for my heart symptoms. How can a front office staff decide a patient needs to see doctor or not?

Dr Ma is brilliant Doctor but has very poor staff. You will wait for hrs. Keep accepting patients but cant all manage. My Mom has a stress done all prep was done on her part.but they failed to give her a cup or more that a cup of water. Do you think staff care about the patients if they cant give a cup water what else they cant give.

I was referred to Dr. Adrian Ma by my PCP. Usually every time get referred to a specialist i am the one that calls the officer for appointment once my referral is approved. In this case, I didn't have to call for an appointment. Dr. Ma's office is the one that called me for my appointment. They made sure to see me right away. During my 1st appointment, office lobby is small but it's clean. Front desk employee and the medical assistant were courteous. Dr. Ma is very professional and well mannered. All of my questions were answered and more importantly he listened. During the visit and follow up visit, Dr. Ma explained very well all the information about my case. During my 1st, 2nd and 3rd visit I was in and out about 30 minutes. They have a in house ultrasound which is very convenient. Quick turnaround. I was called back to the room right on time with my set appointment. Last note, the lady in the front desk is awesome for reminding me about my upcoming appointment. Making sure I don't forget. Overall, it's a pleasant experience with DR. MA's office. Thank you.

Let me first say, I feel sorry for this doctor b/c he himself seems to be caring but his business is completely plagued by rude office management. Absolutely no wellness here. You're here b/c you have a heart condition, not b/c you have the plague, but you will be treated as so. There is no courtesy nor wellness at this "health" service center. - No assistance and rude office workers who talk down to patients - No empathy or consideration to their predominantly elderly and non-English speaking patients, who don't have a voice and are at the mercy of waiting for an extensively late appointment without any regard or explanation. - This office takes advantage of also billing patients to come in regularly despite having no obvious symptoms or reason for regular visits to "refill prescriptions'. - Antiquated systems that doesn't allow patients to book for next appointments if beyond 30 days (ridiculous given majority of their patients have to come in every 3-6 months)....it is on the patient to have to remember to call to make next appointments with the office. - The office will leave several message for you to confirm your appt. otherwise, it will be canceled. Yet, when you arrive on time, no explanation or apology is given if you have to wait well past an hour of your appointment time. In short, this is the worst medical office I have seen yet. I am understanding doctors are seeing more patients than they can handle, but that is never excuse to ignore or be rude when communicating with patients (more like lack of communication). Disgusted with this place.
