Dr. Chui took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the procedure, ensuring our family understood the risks, the approach, and the expected outcome. His ability to communicate with both clarity and empathy made a world of difference during an incredibly difficult time. What truly stood out, though, was how Dr. Chui and the entire team performed under immense pressure. In a critical moment, they acted swiftly, decisively, and with absolute precision. Their expertise and calm under pressure quite literally saved my mom's life. From the nurses to the support staff, every person we encountered was kind, responsive, and deeply dedicated to patient care. Unbelievable! It's a 2:45 PM appt , and my dad and I have been waiting for 2hours; until I asked the staff they told me the doctor is gone for the day! They arranged a covering doctor to see my dad! That's another extra one hour wait to see the covering doctor ! How Rude!

Doesn't matter what you do but they don't care about anything. They decided to reschedule the appointment and only let us know the day before. Then there is so much traffic and we are running late so they said next appointment is in two months. They didn't want to help so then they just decided that they were just not going to speak and ended the call. If you can make the change, change your dr. People with no choices can only suffer.

Horrendous service- needed an urgent oncology baseline appointment and was told to wait until December (it is September). This is after they gave directions on how to request a referral with specific CPT codes and after one month of back and forth with insurance- they not once ever said they were backlogged until December! In addition, you are lucky if they pick up the phone OR they pick up, put you on hold, and hang up. So good luck if you ever need care or have an emergency. We went to seek care elsewhere because stage 4 cancer can't wait for 4 months without treatment.
